I've already received notice of my refund so I guess this is just a form that you need for your records. My excellent phone person handled the refund immediately.

They came on time and gave me an estimate. They were very professional. But the firm is not a part of my natural gas rebate program.

The workers were very punctual.  They tarped the entire area.  They left the area neat and clean.  They blew in additional insulation on top of existing insulation.  The additional insulation has made a significant difference in warmth in my daughter's room.  She used to have to sleep with an electric heater in her room.  Now, there is no need.  Just adding the insulation above her room made a huge difference.  I had gotten other quotes, but they were much more expensive and involved more work than was necessary.  This deal from Trela was a really good deal.  There were 3 workers at my house for 2 hours and I paid just over $500 for 6 bags of blown-in fiberglass insulation.

When I called and spoke with Robert Trela (when the owner takes calls you know this is a company heavily focused on customer satisfaction) and explained the problem I was having with ice build up at the gutters and gigantic icicles, he knew what the problem was, talked me through it and scheduled an appointment within a few days to have someone come out to give me an estimate.  Ryan Trela then came right on time and was very informative as he inspected the attic and then did a walk around the outside of the house to spot the ice problem locations.  As we were in the attic, he pointed out that all of the soffit vents were all blocked from the existing battin insulation which had been jammed right down on top of them, and thus, warm air was collecting in the attic, melting snow on the roof, which then froze at the gutters and created ice dams.  Ryan explained what the project would involve (as noted above for the scope of work) to remedy the problem, and when I inquired about installing an attic fan, he talked me out of it by explaining that it really wouldn't be necessary once they insulated properly and opened up the soffit vents with chutes to get the air properly flowing.  I had an estimate emailed to me within a day.  (The price seemed just bit on the high side of what I was expecting, but I felt given the high quality of reviews they would be well worth it.)  The work team showed up right on time the following week, did another quick walk through with me, and then got to work.  After day one they had cleaned out the attic completely and sealed attic penetrations.  On day two the installed a couple more soffit vents and chute and then blew in all the new insulation.  We had one minor hiccup with some melted solvent from the expandable foam insulation that leaked through a vent, but they were quick to respond and explain what it was so that I could handle cleaning it up.  They offered to come out right away to handle the cleaning but I felt I could do it pretty quickly myself so no problem.  I highly recommend Trela Roofing; they are knowledgeable, responsive and friendly, just the kind of people I want to use for any important job.  This work will save me tens of thousands of dollars in water damage (including mold) that would have eventually resulted from the ice dam problem, so despite my initial thought that perhaps the price was just a bit high (and that was based on absolutely nothing other than a very brief internet search on costs to insulate attics, without any consideration as to location, market or complexity of attic space - my attic is very convoluted space) I give them an "A" for pricing.
