Description of Work: Trela roofing guy was fine but when he came to provide the estimate, the type of attic fan I needed would have cost more than the $279...I don't recall the exact date he came over but I know the deal expired last November without being used. Thank you!

Description of Work: Provide was very cordial when making appointment, BUT , right away asked who was going to be responsible to pay for the rest of the bill? He hadn't even seen size of the attic to insulate, and already assumed that it was going to be more than $500! He failed to call to confirm appointment, he showed up and no one was home and when I called to ask what had happened, the representative was very rude, didn't take responsiblity for actions and just said, " well get to it, ok!" Would not recommend, just for those actions and I'm asking for my money back.

Description of Work: The roof repair went very well and we are in process of preparing for a complete roof replacement which will begin in a couple of months . Ryan Trela was very responsive, quickly contacted us and prepared the claim related to the old shingle defect. We will do another review when the installation has been completed

Description of Work: water was coming into my house and no one could find it until Trela came in and found the problem the problem was not the roof but wood the was connected to the roof they repaired the problem and no more water is coming and the problem is solved and i'm very greatful because i had 5 other roofers that no one else could find. Description of Work: They were very nice on the phone and came out the next day to see if I could use the fan and were very honest and told me straight out no...this is not for you. He had a couple other options he recommended that I may do down the road we are going to analyze our options.

A few days later a gentleman (saleman) from Trela came to my home to inspect the gutter that I told him I would only need repaired and nothing else. He said that as soon as they would be able to come out to do the job would be some time next week. I just telephoned this company regarding what action is taking place to do the repair and he said that due to the weather they could not be out until it broke. As stated below there were many days that they would have been able to do the repair. I am extremely disappointed in this company. None!
