Their quote was very concise and everything that they were going to do. The only reason I did not use them is their price was a little out of my market. I was using insurance funds. I was trying to stay within my insurance budget. I really thought about hiring them and putting my own money in there but in the end I did not do that. They were really concise.

It went fine. Workers were here very early, finished by noon. Cleaned up well.

The guys at Kerry Masonry were very focused on customer satisfaction. Pierce, the owner, came over to assess what needed to be done, and got me a quote. Bobby Rainbolt's team came to do the work. I needed glass block windows replaced. It was unclear during the assessment that my windows were very old, and an uncommon size. This added some complexity to my job, but they were committed to getting it right so that I was satisfied, and I was. Looking forward to hiring Kerry again.

Well, this wasn't my first time using Kerry Masonry and Roofing and it won't be my last. I'm a real estate investor and I'm constantly acquiring distress properties. I'm aways in need of qualified and reliable contractor. My most recent property had some serious work to be done, the entire roof was damage and needed to be replace also the exterior was in desperate need of tuck pointing. I called Kerry Masonry and Roofing, within 24 hours a representative was at my property accessing the damage to the roof and my tuck pointing issues. Their estimates for the roof replacement and tuck pointing represented a fair market value to me, we agreed on the price, the work begin in 3 days. Their foreman and crew were very professional and focused on the job at hand cleaning and removing debris as they work this made the job move much faster. Upon completion and my inspection i found their work to be exceptionable as with their past services. I will continually recommend Kerry Masonry and Roofing to all my investor friends and you will to, they do great work in a timely manner and at a fair price. Kerry Masonry has an A on your list and it should not. I was having some roof work done and the roof people told me that my chimney was crumbling and that I needed to get a tuck pointer pretty quickly. So the roofers stopped their work and I called Kerry Masonry because they had done work for me before. The owner is a nice person and his tuck pointers seemed to do good work on those previous jobs. When the roofers came back, they said that the tuck pointing on the chimney was a disaster. They took a picture and showed me what the Kerry mason had done. The roofers had put a board in a 15 square inch hole in the chimney, to keep animals out of the house while they worked on the roof.. The tuck pointer put mortar over that board instead of taking the board out and repairing the chimney. Imagine a wooden board in part of your chimney. What was he thinking? The roofers said the entire job was the worst work they had ever seen. I stopped the check and called the owner to explain why. He told me I should have called him and he would have taken care of the problem. But by then I had lost faith in their work.

I really liked the gentlemen, but I ended up going with someone else. I really like him and I would of used him, but I had already contracted with someone else. They were very helpful. Like I said they did not do the work. They just came to give me an estimate, so they were very friend, courteous, and they gave me an estimate. I felt that they were knowledgeable. He was busy, so he came out when he could and that is why I didn't use him, because he was not able to. I have contacted other people that was able to get the work done because it needed to get done before the renters. He is fine. He is very professional.

They did an excellent job! They were very detailed and went above and beyond to make sure all of the brick around the house is in good shape. Any areas where they were asked to focus got special attention. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Thank you!

It worked out very good. The guys who put the roof on were very good. The roof is only a few months old so time will tell. There were about 6 or 7 guys. I would definitely recommend them.

I received an estimate on Thursday with an explanation of what needed to be repaired. The work was completed on the following Tuesday. They went above and beyond the services originally quoted.

The crew was prompt. They began on time and completed the entire project in two days. This included a complete tear off and repair of roofing substrate. And even when it rained they waited to make sure the job would be done on time then cleaned up so well that you wouldn't know they were there. Tony was great, he stayed in contact to make sure I was pleased and came after the job was done to make sure it was up to his standards. Great job by this company and the service warranty is an added bonus.

I had a guy here less than one hour after I called. After his initial check, the boss called and negotiated a fair price. Not only did the repairs go quickly and look good, several additional problems with the first company's work was found and repaired within the original cost. No additional charge. The interior inspection revealed no damage and set my mind at ease. Got advice on insulation and was given a healthy estimate on how long the roof would last before I have to consider a new one. Rather than give me a doom and gloom outlook to try and up-sell me a new roof, the outlook was honest. I felt like I paid for repairs and piece of mind. After previous issues with past roofing companies who would rather do bad work or not show up because of the small size of the job, these are my guys in the future!

Kerry Mason provided exceptional tuckpointing services. They were very professional and responsive to our needs. Throughout the job, they repeatedly asked for our thoughts on our work. They were more than happy to repair brick layer that we thought needed to be ground and remortared. We have 3200 square foot, two floor house that is completely made of brick; it took them approximately 8 hours to fix all the brick layer on our house. Overall, they were exceptional and would definitely use them again. 

I called to get an estimate and Tony was quick to respond. He came out to investigate the next day and provided us with an estimate. I thought we just needed a repair, but as it turned out we needed to replace part of the chimney and the whole roof. I had received another estimate, which was much higher in cost and the provider would not even do a patch for me (due to the cost to replace a whole roof). Tony said he'd do the patch, but highly recommended the new roof. He empathized with the unexpected cost and made me feel like I was in good hands.

We awarded the job and Tony came by that weekend to help us pick out shingles and do one last view of of the house. He told us that the team would start on Monday a.m. (weather pending), do the chimney first and then come back the next day to do the roof.

As promised - they showed up right on time and fixed the chimney. The next day they measured for materials, and on Wednesday arrived to take down the roof. A five man (maybe more) crew showed up and started at 7:00 a.m. By the time I left at 7:30 a.m. they were half done taking down everything (it was very loud - if you're having this done - don't try to work at home during the install). Tony texted me around 2:00 to tell me that they were complete! The roof looked beautiful and he even fixed a gutter that was a little off kilter - for no charge.

All in all it was a GREAT experience from start to finish. I could tell that Tony cared about his doing an expert job for the home owner, he communicated well with us, everything went smoothly, and had I not known that we had work done on the house, I would never have know that there was a crew in my yard (they took great care to cover and clean up everything)!  Additionally, Tony was kind enough to leave some extra shingles for us just in case we need them in the future.

While we probably will not need to put another roof on the house - if we did, I'd absolutely go with Kerry Roofing and Masonry again!

In fact - funny side story, the day between the chimney repair and the roof replacement, a young man came to our front door to ask if we wanted a free estimate on fixing our roof, my husband told him we were having it done the next day. He asked if my husband would share who we chose, and when he said 'Kerry' the young man said, 'Yeah, they're really good.' Praise from the competition...you can't beat that!

Job went very well. They got back to me right away after my first contact, worked with my schedule and got my roof fixed less than two weeks later. Very responsive. The repairs seem to have been done very well and they were very careful with our house.
