Called for a quote and Tony was in the area and came right over. Tony gave quote and stated that his crew would be able to start the following week. Two days before Tony called and said crew would be their Thursday at 7:30am. Crew promptly arrived at 7:30am and met with James and Mike went over work to be done. Tom and Mike arrived introduced themselves jumped right into work. Can not say how polite and courteous everyone was. Any questions I asked were fully answered and explained to me. Kerry Masonry Inc. crew did a great job and I Highly Recommend them!

Work proceeded within a few days of estimate. Crew arrived on time as promised and even finished earlier than expected. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and would hire again.

The job went extremely well. I was filled with so much anxiety about this job bcause of past experiences with other contractors. My building is 125 years old. Three story walkup. It had old rolled roofing and orginal wood underneath. I knew it was a big dirty expensive job. My roofing material was blowing off with every wind or rain event. It had to be redone. I contact 5 roofing contractors. All but one was from Angies list. All did excellent work and pricing was competitive. I went with Kerry because it was on southside of city and because a TONY. He was so thorough. He explained the process, type of material, breakdown of cost and expenses. I felt like I was not paying for something I did not need or something I would not get. He was so responsive. It was his complete ability to discuss openly about the job. Not just give me a quote for the job. This job was HUGE. Lots of debris inside my attic even with tarps. His workers cleaned everyday. 3 days after the job began, it was over everything was perfect. I get so many compliments. I would highly recommend Kerry's Masonry and roofing in a second.

Jim and his crew did everything from permit to clean up and haul away. Excellent crew! They were done so fast that I was worried if it was done right. Over a year later since the replacement and no problems at all. I highly recommend this company.

Great. We are selling our house and during the inspection, they found a couple bricks missing from our chimney. We called Kerry and they arrived on time and gave us a great price for the chimney repair, cap, and liner. Very quick to respond. We are very impressed with this company and would definitely use them if ever needed again.

Spoke with Tony November 13th, 2017, made an appointment but no show. I listened to apologies, stayed patient, rescheduled, but no show again.

Very well, Jim Anderson and the entire crew were professional and took the time to explain the process at the beginning and during the project. I will use them for my upcoming (Spring) masonry project.

Tony the foreman came out to price the job and was great. He deliverd as promised and was able to complete the job weeks before other companies said they could start.

I can't say enough about working with Pierce. He is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I have used him several times. The last time I used him, I asked Pierce to solve a problem that was very difficult to diagnose. He quoted me a price but told me not to send him a check until I was convinced they had corrected the issue. And, he said he would keep coming back until they solved the problem and I was happy. How's that for being fair? They are the best!

Pierce and the crew were very professional, did a great job. I was unaware of all of the dust that would be produced from grinding the bricks in preparation for the tuckpointing, I think if there is a next time, I would properly cover some items. The crew did a good job in cleaning up and the price was very affordable.

Tony came by the next day after calling to give me a quote. Received the information the same day, Called on a Monday to confirm start and by Wednesday the job was done. Could not be happier with the work performed. Everyone involved was courteous, on time, and the job was cleaned up. Highly recommend to anyone needing roofing or masonry work.

They were excellent. They were very, very good. They really did a good job.

i can echo all the positive reviews for kerry roofing. they replied promptly to my inquiry and answered all my questions promptly, courteously and completely. they provided a competitive estimate and then they came on time and finished everything exactly as promised. the new roof has been on the house only a month or so, so i cannot speak about longevity. but the early experience has been problem free. i secured several bids on this job. it is not always an easy process. kerry was, overall, ahead of the competition, and i'd recommend them without hesitation.

Perfect job

Pierce came out and after carefully examining the lintels, estimated the cost of replacing the lintels at about $2,500 but recommended that my co-worker simply clean off the rust, and then prime and paint the lintels with Rust-o-leum or a similar product. He said that even though the rust appeared very heavy, the lintels were still structurally sound. I am not aware of many contractors who will take time to assess whether a major repair is necessary even where it appears necessary to a layman and then tell you that you don't need to do a major repair. My co-worker and I have used Kerry Masonry & Roofing for separate masonry projects and were happy with the quality, price and service. I highly recommend them.

The finished gutter is superior and aesthetically pleasing. Professional work done with great attention to detail. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and the expense. I definitely would recommend Kerry Masonry.
