I wasn't confident in his knowledge and his ability to do his work. I asked about guarantees for his work and warranties and he was like well yeah. This was definitely his side job. I appreciate that he came out late after I got off work, but I am keeping my fingers crossed that it's working and continues to work. Certainly uncertain!!!!
