Amazing experience from started to finish with Blinds By Nicolette ("BBN").  I needed window treatments for my bedroom window so I called BBN to arrange an appointment.  Al, the owner, came out to measure and gave me an estimate.  The price was amazing so I ordered the blinds.  It took about a week for the blinds to come in.  Once in, I arranged for them to be installed.  The person who installed the blinds arrived on time, professional and did a great job installing the blinds.  I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

I didn’t get a chance to order anything from them. At the time, their pricing was beyond what I could do. Everything worked out well though and they wonderful to work with!

They were great to do business with. When WE first called them they came out with samples and did all the measuring and their price was great. All around they are great to do business with. They were also always on time. The person that came to install the blinds was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommended them.

They were an awesome company. The guy was on time. He was very courteous and he answered all the questioned I had asked. I chose not to go with the company as I could do the job myself for about half the price. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. His estimate was $500 for the bedroom and $1000 for the living room. He was referred to me by a friend. If you want someone, who is courteous, kind, and honest, I would recommend this company to you. The guy was very patient. My wife and I had about 30 questions. We were debating about the type of blind that we wanted and he was giving us suggestions. He was very knowledgeable. I would use his services again if I could afford him.

Wonderful! Al Roache was able to come out the same day I called (I was in kind of an emergency cause the fellow who was to stain the wood on windows came earlier than I thought and I needed to know what color my blinds would be so the windows could be stained to match.) Al was so kind and patient--luckily he had all the colors for all the blinds. I chose a beatiful color--Al told me when they would be in and they arrived in time. The installer came when he said--there was only a slight problem with the miter points on two of the valances. Al came out and told me not to worry that he would take care of it, and he did. I'm as happy as a clam with new beautiful blinds!! Al is great!! Patient, listens to you, gives good feedback, a real professional without being "stuffy". You will love him! I know I will use Blinds by Nicolette for any future decorating I may need.

Each time that I answered a child answered and I never got to an adult at the home. I could hear a gentleman in the background asking for the phone but I wasn't ever able to speak with someone.

I stopped in the shop to talk to Al and tell him some ideas that I had for the windows. We talked about the price of the different options and that helped me decide what I wanted to do. I was able to take a number of samples home for a few days. Then Al came and together we chose the material that would look best. Al is very personable and it's great to work with him. Within a couple of weeks the shades were installed and everything is fine. Al's company has done a number of window treatments in my house and I am always completely satisfied.

I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. There were many choices and Al guided me through that process. He made helpful suggestions but wanted to be sure that I made the final decision. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and how nicely everything fit the windows. One of the shades was not working properly after it was installed, but Al came out promptly, took it back and fixed it. Customer service is very important to them.

Al came out and gave us a more than fair quote. Met all deadlines and handled everything as promised. This is exactly how buisness should be conducted. No empty promises, let us know everything up front. I will never shop anywhere else for blinds. I can confidently recommend his company to anyone I know and will.

I previewed some books of woven wood shades at their shop and Al brought those books to our house so that we could see which shades would look the best with our furniture and walls. Al was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made it easier for me to make a choice between the shades. I didn't know what I wanted for the laundry room, so he gave suggestions of what he thought would work there. In two weeks, as promised, our window treatments were installed. The quality is great, they were well-installed and we are very happy with our purchase and the service we received.

I found Blinds by Nicolette from Angie's List. I selected them after reading the good responses from previous customers and the A rating. When I first called I got an answering machine and left a message. I got a return call within 30 minutes and I informed Mr. Roache (as I do them all) that I found him on Angie's List and shared the good responses with him. He was very pleased to hear his feed back. We set an appointment of the next 2 days and he was at my home on time and ready to work. I had a lot of questions as far as blind installation, cost, color, maintenance, warranty, etc., and he was able to answer all of them and even had a few suggestions for me. The blinds were ready within one week and a half for installation. And as promised, Mr. Roache returned with the replacement piece for the defected blind. I really like the quality of work the company did. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs custom blinds.

THE COMPANY SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOME TO MEASURE THE WINDOWS, AND HE BROUGHT SAMPLES OF SOME BLINDS SO THAT WE COULD DECIDE ON THE BEST MATERIAL AND COLOR. THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE INSTALLER DID A FINE JOB TOO, AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

THEY WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THEY TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS, GAVE US ALL OF THE OPTIONS, AND CAME BACK TO DO THE INSTALLATION. IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BLINDS, THEY ARE REAL PROFESSIONALS. IT MAY COST YOU $30-40 MORE PER WINDOW, BUT THIS MEANS NO HASSLE FOR YOU AND A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. HE ALSO KINDLY FIXED A BLIND WHILE HE WAS THERE FOR THE ESTIMATE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. I WAS HAPPY TO FIND A COMPANY THAT WOULD INSTALL BLINDS THAT I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. VERY COURTEOUS AND NEAT.
