Mr. Electric

Felt cheated. I paid $150 for them to change the light bulbs. It was the light bulbs that was causing the flickering. Even though I had placed what I thought was new light bulbs in. Felt they could have just charged at least $50. My fault and loss though, just used to working with more reasonable people that would have told me that it's just the light bulbs we will only charge you $50 or at least $75.

I am so glad I chose Mr. Electric to do the panel upgrade in my home. We have an older home, and this was a big job, When we realized the scope of the job was bigger than expected, additional technicians arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend their service. Very neat and clean also.

I paid $150.00 to remove a Halogen bulb under the kitchen cabinet from a Puck fixture and it was replaced with my own new bulb. I was told the cost would be $200.00, but because Jim, the owner of "Mr. Electric" didn't advise me of the cost when we spoke about the task via my phone call, he reduced the fee to $150.00. What a great amount this was for me to pay!! Any handyman could have done that for far less. I am sorry I even considered this to be a job for an Electrician.

he was great on time and a fair price

I hired Mr. Electric to install 5 new outlets in my condo; two in my home, 3 in the garage. For some reason, none of the outlets have power. I have called twice for an appointment, no one ever showed up. I am calling again, then calling the main office. I realize there was an unusual issue that day; the whole condo sub lost power just as the workers were finishing up, but no one came back to check on the work. The workers also left equipment in front of my condo for over a week. I paid in full, so I guess I got screwed.

They showed up early and work was completed within 20 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Hired for Install new GFCI and exhaust fan in bathroom. Very professionally work done... we can trust... Came on time.

I'm usually leary about having worked performed at my house especially using an online resource. The professional arrived not only on-time but early for my appointment (which is rare in these days). The professional scoped out all that needed to be performed and I sign the contract and he began the work. Very professional and courteous. Handled all aspects of the job in a very short time frame. I would've expected days but everything was knocked out the same day. Very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Mr. Electric every day that ends in y. Great job!

They were prompt. They quickly and professionally completed all work as needed without any issues. Electricians were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

One word to describe Mr. Electric, "awful"! They drilled straight through a pvc drain pipe and ran romex electrical wiring through it. When my wife took a shower and the kitchen flooded they sent the same subcontractor out to fix the pipe, which he did using electrical tape! I ended up repairing the damaged pipe properly myself. When I asked for money off "Jim" the estimator simply gave me a convoluted answer and would not honor my request. Total lack of craftsmanship, quality, and integrity. I could have definitely done a better job myself.

The electrician arrived on time and completed all 4 tasks within 2 hours and did a great job. I would highly recommend them again.
