The installation was pretty simple for me and I had to call the customer service for activation. Their knowledge and professionalism was very good.   They shipped the item out right away after I bought the system too.

SafeMart has a great product. We've been looking for a great security system to replace our ADT system which is very good but also very costly. SafeMart did a great job explaining the benefits (both cost and security benefits) of their product. We have narrowed our search down to two great companies. SafeMart is the front runner. If we go with them it won't be only because of their product and price. But also because of their professionalism when dealing with their clients.

I have talked to them twice. They had a very flexible system such that if I wanted to add extra motion detectors, or anything I wanted, I could easily do that. I was satisfied with their service. Once we established the initial contact, they were very persistent yet we needed some time to decide and figure out things with the tenants we had. I couldn't pick up the phone when I couldn't talk but they were very available when I wanted to talk to them. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. A year ago, I had direct contact with one of the senior staff members and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. I encouraged my dad to use their services and I would do business with them if I was in search of security systems.

They can really hassle you on the phone, email, and by text before you decide on them. Otherwise, they are a good company and we had no problems with them. They were also really responsive, friendly, and helpful over the phone.

After much research, we decided to go with Safemart for a
home alarm system. The biggest reason being was we only had to commit to a
1-YEAR CONTRACT, and then it goes from month to month. (Unlike a lot of other
companies that tie you in for 3-years. 3-years of bad service from what I have
heard!) The monthly cost we pay for is reasonable at $29.95. You will pay an
upfront cost for the alarm system you choose, but they have specials and their
systems are of great quality not cheaply made. Plus, if you move, it can be
taken with you. It?s a good investment. Don?t be fooled by companies who say
they give you free equipment. Nothing is ever free, folks. You pay for it in
the long run with high monthly costs and long-term contracts which are
impossible to get out of. Happy or not!
Now lets talk about customer service, and I have nothing to
gain from this review??. OUTSTANDING! Truthfully speaking, this company was so
easy and friendly to work with. They go out of their way to provide excellent
customer service from the beginning to the end of set-up. No hard pressure
tactics to sell their product either! With them guiding us through every step
of the way, we had no problems at all installing the system. Every time we
called with a question, we were not left on hold to wait forever to speak with
a representative. They are prompt to take care of any questions or issues that
may arise. Every single person we spoke with treated us like a valued customer.
Seriously, hands down they are one of the best companies we have ever dealt
with as far as customer service is concerned. There must be immeasurable steps
taken in training the employees that work for this company, and it shows!
We have now had our system up and working for three months
now and could not be happier.  We
are so exceedingly happy we did the research and decided to go with Safemart.
 

One of the best sales people I have talked to in a long time. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Had a good 30 minute chat initially to understand their product and pricing. Took another week to make up my mind and then called them back. The whole ordering just took me 15 min and the it was a very simple DIY project with clear video instructions.
I had a problem with one of their sensors when it arrived and one call to their customer service got me a return label and a new sensor shipped to me immediately. I have had the system installed for over 2 months now and haven't had any issues. Great product and a great sales team!

Kit was self install with activation with SafeMart. Customer service was great. They called as scheduled.

Had an apointment for equipment function & they were on time and spent 1 hour going over various programs.

It went perfect. Great price. Great service.

I received my equipment in a timely manner and the representative was great; however, i wasn't thrilled with the up front cost. The equipment was ok but i was a little disappointed that the monitoring device was more up to date, it looked like a toybox.

Safemart provided wireless home security system and good on line help to get it set up.

Nothing overall. I am purchasing a new home and attempted to purchase an alarm from them. My service rep was in such a rush to tell me his story that he seldom asked what I needed. I literally had to keep interrupting him just to share my concerns. I decided to give them a try anyway. I asked my rep Michael to call me he next day so that I can pay for it. That call never came. As usual and I had to do the calling back. I left a message. He finally called back. Unfortunately, I was traveling to my destination to purchase my home, without an alarm. Michael finally calls me. I could not talk at the time and informed him, we should talk on tomorrow. He said ok and abruptly hung up the phone. No goodbye or anything. Just ok. Overall, I was getting random sales messages from him even though we had an agreed upon plan. At one point, he called and offered me a new plan and I said why would I want a new plan. I want what we agreed to. He said, I'll have to check with my boss to see if we can still offer that to you. Again, no response from Michael for days. I again, had to make the follow up call two days later after I also sent a message asking the status of the deal. I finally called another rep. Then it dawned on me! Why should I chase after a company. If one of my staff provided this level of service, they would be put on immediate probation. That said, this has been my interaction with SafeMart. Save your time and choose another company. A new rep contacted me and ironically provided twice the information Michael failed to provide (and we have not even talked yet). Even a demo page. Unfortunately, I've now got a bad feeling about doing business with this particular company. Too bad, as this could have been a quick sale. Now, I'm searching other companies and will run behind on the date to install an alarm for my new home.

I shopped around a lot before choosin safemart. I chose them initially because they offered a 1 year contract (most alarm companies demand 3-5 yr contracts now).
Safemart works out cheaper over the long run even though you are paying more upfront; even with cellphone monitoring my price comes to much less than $50-$60 that ADT charges for cell based monitoring.
Self install was quite easy other than some minor hiccoughs, so far we have not  had any issues with either hte system or monitoring service. overall Ive had a good expereience with this company and would use them again
