The locksmith came during the scheduled time and was extremely friendly. When we had a slight problem with the lock later that day, he returned the following day to fix the (minor) problem.

It did not go well. This just happened over an hour ago. I went out to do my daily walk and picked up the wrong set of keys, which I didn't discover until I returned. I went next door to my neighbor to see if she could call a Locksmith. She offered to go on line to find the closest one to us and I remembered Angie's List. I called Johnson Locksmith from Angie's List and from the beginning in went downhill quickly. Whoever answered the phone first dropped the phone and when he picked it up his response was not to identify the company, he answered "yeah." I gave him my name and explained that I had locked myself out of the house and asked if he had anyone available to unlock my door. His response was "in a minute." I asked when a minute would be. The response I received was neither professional nor polite. When I responded that I was a member of Angie's List and I got his name from there, his entire demeanor changed. He then told me he could have someone at my residence in 15 minutes. The service charge just to call him out would be $75 plus whatever else had to be done. Since I have never had this happen to me in my life, I thought the price, as well as my neighbor, was exorbitant. I politely thanked him and hung up. Needless to say, I ended up with some fly by night company, who did respond in fifteen minutes, but I was quoted one price and charged another. I have never been as disgusted with a service in my entire life. People talk to you any kind of way and charge any price they want because you are totally at their mercy.

Did a good job of rekeying several locks and repairing one lock. For some reason, the locksmith repaired the one lock that needed to be repaired, but failed to rekey that lock. We thought it was clear that we wanted all the locks rekeyed. They sent the locksmith back out at our earliest convenience to rekey that lock, and they didn't charge us another service fee for that trip.

It went very good. They have a lock out system where if it is after hours you call a number and they will call you back and tell you if they have any one available. They are very quick if there is someone available.

Called late afternoon, call was answered and service call scheduled the next morning with a one hour window. Serviceman called prior to arrival during the window for better directions. He was able to replace one of the mailbox locks and the door lock with parts carried on his truck. He made two subsequent stops that morning with additional mailbox locks to complete the call.

Great experience! The locksmith arrived right on time, asked clear questions and was able to fix both problems in about 20 minutes. Friendly and easy to work with.

I don't remember the locksmith's name I'm sorry to say, but he was courteous, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Johnson Locksmith.

It is a family business. They were out within the hour. They were professional, quick, and also gave us a senior discount.

They were really fast and definitely experienced! They got an antique desk drawer opened but couldn't get the credenza drawer opened. But since that one wasn't the nice, expensive piece of furniture, I was still satisfied. Changing the locks went very quickly. The technician was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fine; no problem. They changed 8 locks on 2 keys; Twenty-five dollars per lock plus a call-out fee. Everything went well.

Called for a locksmith to come for an estimate. Came and looked at the locks and quoted a price and how many parts would need to be replaced. Service call fee was waived when work estimate was accepted. Came back about a week later (a little longer than I had hoped) and did all the work quoted. Also added a small piece to the garage door to help strengthen the lock.

My neighborhood uses them and they are just great. Their services are always consistent. Everyone that they send to us are very professional. I think that their prices are very fair and they provide a service that is at least or better than what you pay for. They are insured. They are flexible and it is easy to schedule an appointment with them. We are very happy with their services.

Glen from Johnson Locksmith did a beautiful job installing our new locks. He was on time and got the job done quickly, skillfully and he cleaned up after himself! He was able to install 2 of the deadbolts I had purchased ahead of time and unfortunately the front door hardware I had purchased on my own for installation would not work. I ordered a new set through them and they came back to install that as soon as the parts came in. They did not charge us a service call fee for that second visit which was great. I learned from calling around that locksmiths are expensive, but Johnson did a great job and I would certainly call them again.

The locksmith (Chris, I believe) showed up on time, completed the lock installation, cleaned up and was done so quickly. This is the second time I have used Johnson Lock and I'm always impressed. Only negative is they're pretty pricey.

I called on a Wednesday after getting their name from Angie's List. The person I talked to explained that the service call costs $65 plus an hourly rate. He explained that re-installing the lock set would normally take 30 to 55 minutes, but that it could take longer if the restorer got "carried away" and got grit in the lock. He wanted me to know that in that case it might take 2 hours. An appointment was made for the next Monday. On Monday the locksmith arrived at my house 4 minutes before the appointed time, got to work quickly, and was done 20 minutes later. The back door lock only needed a little WD-40, which he explained should be used each season.

I got a call from their office about 30 minutes prior to our appointment time informing me that their locksmith was going to be late because he was at the DMV. They asked if I could wait for another locksmith to finish up with a customer and come over, or if I'd like to reschedule for a different time. I agreed to wait, and the guy arrived at exactly the time they said he would. I appreciated the call, the honesty, and that the guy actually showed up when they said he would. I also appreciated that he did the job quickly, and the new keys all worked. I did not appreciate that his attempt at "small talk" pretty much amounted to him trash talking about one of his coworkers for 10 minutes while he prepared my invoice. But the price was right, the work was good, and I would call them again (and just hope for a different locksmith).

Very good. Appt. time was 9am-9:30am and he was closer to 9:30 than 9; other than that, everything was great! The tech didn't automatically drill out the lock and replace it. He tried to fix it so I wouldn't automatically have to buy a new lock. After cleaning and re-installing the lock in the proper position (it had been installed upside down), it was still a little hard to turn, so upon consultation with me we decided to replace it. He had all the proper tools and parts on hand. The best part? The price was very fair for both labor and the new lock, and was in keeping with the information I had been given over the phone by the dispatcher when I made the appointment. The tech knew what he was doing and even answered my "dumb questions" with poise and professionalism. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Tried to schedule an emergency job the night before, but did not get a response. Walked in the next morning and after about a fifteen minute wait a representative came over and cut the bicycle lock. Cutting the lock took five minutes without any problems. The representative I worked with was friendly and helpful.

Glenn arrived bright and early, was both friendly and professional, and did a great job. We were very pleased with the level of service provided.

I set up an appointment with them a week in advance to have all the locks changed on my new house. Jason was on time, was courteous, and very skilled in handling the strange locks in our house (one of which was broken beyond repair, and he gave me instructions for how to go about getting a new one at a specialty dealer).

Excellent response and work. When our deadbolt literally wouldn't turn one day and we couldn't secure an entrance door, we called Johnson Locksmith. Initially, they said it would take several days to get someone out but when we explained our situation, they had someone out within hours. We couldn't be happier with their work. The locksmith Chris displayed professionalism from start to finish, and made sure we were comfortable using the new lock.

I called Johnson Locksmith to see if they could fix my lock. I was asked several questions to determine the kind of lock I have. I was told that a locksmith would be at my house that afternoon between 1:00 and 2:30, and he arrived promptly at 1:30. He determined that there were parts broken inside the lock. When he opened the lock, there were even more parts broken. He worked on it until it was fixed. He kindly told me how to update my other locks and suggested ways I could save money and time doing so. He was kind, neat, friendly and professional.

Called back quickly. Was able to come out that night. Fixed the problem lock right away. Very knowledgeable, helpful, warm and friendly.
