Never contacted me! This has becoming a problem. Angie’s must tell them if they can’t or don’t want to job to at least contact the people requesting the work.

Neither gates work, many parts of fence already leaning after only three years. Luis does not stand behind his work. He tried once to fix problems then told me I'd have to hire someone else if I want working gates.

Horrible the owner is rude they have no clue what they are doing i should have known they came at 9 am and installed 140sqf horrible job the panels were flipped they dis not know how to read instructions after numerous attempts and threats of lawsuits they came back to repair the panels but did not fix everything crooked posts unleveled panels and the ate blaming it on the material the posts do not level them selvs how is this a material issue. Worst company and customer service do NOT HIRE too many problems no experience!

I reached the owner right away by phone. He was in the area so could come right out and give and estimate. Three days later, our 85 foot-long fence was removed, including the posts, which were quite deep. The crew worked hard, got the job done quickly, and left everything in good, tidy condition.

Estrada fencing was the worst company that my association could have hired to paint our steel balcony this summer. They charged us $4000 for work quality that equaled to be $1500. We paid $2000 down and took off $500 off the total project because they left paint splatter spots all over our sidewalk, stairwell, door windows, and building (See pictures). It appears that they hire unprofessional workers to get the job done (cheap labor) and used mixed paints (like spray paint) to paint the steel instead of water and rust proof paints designed for this type of work. As of 7/27/18, the paint is starting to peel in areas painted by them. The owner reached out and tried to resolve the blatant issues we experienced, but she did not knock down the price for the poor quality of work provided. We were just glad to get the job over with but will never recommend nor hire Estrada fencing for any other services.

Incredible work and excellent price. The workers were efficient, they saved me money by telling me I didn't need to replace my entire fence. They replaced a section of my wood fence and repaired two gates. I can't say enough about this company. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Estrada Fences for anyone who needs to replace an old or falling down stockade fence. My fence was built board by board. They did not use pre- made 5 X 8 sections. In addition the boards are placed in such a way to give it a real nice textured look, a pleasant surprise in workmanship. Also on each post a nice cap was placed. Price was the lowest of all bidders. Luis was easily accessible via cell phone. Great job!!

Told me that I have to sign contract first and then he can provide start date and duration of the work. This did not make sense to me and I opted not to use his service.

Mr. Estrada and his two-man crew arrived in mid-morning. They went directly to work. Before replacing the post, they carefully tied back the ornamental plantings along the fence so they wouldn't be injured. They not only replaced the broken cedar post but also two other cedar boards along the bottom which had rotten. In 45 minutes they were done; all within their estimate of $200. In addition, they cut the post and boards into fireplace lengths so we could have an aromatic fire in the winter. Now, April 2018, the post, which was set in concrete, is still plumb with no lean. The plantings along the fence are blooming splendidly.

I contacted this company via Angie’s list to verify if they service our area. Within a day someone responded and asked for my number. So I immediately sent a message back via Angie’s list with my number. No response whatsoever. So I followed up again asking oh they service my area. Yet again no response! Perfectly fine if they don’t service my area but at least respond. I wouldn’t use this company as they probably have very poor communication, which will result in poor customer service!!!!

Came home to find only 4 posts replaced, and only 2 of those that were supposed to be. The other 2 they chose to do were on the opposite side of the yard and never discussed. They also left the yard a mess - we have our satellite wires hung on the side they weren't supposed to touch that were left laying in the yard. To make matters worse, his back office still tried to get the full payment. Luis cut it down to $300...and asked for cash. He just came to pick up his money and when I asked him to meet me in the back yard he said "for what? I just want my money." It's annoying he wouldn't want the opportunity to see and fix the mistake. While it's poor business operations - the fence posts were fixed adequately. So if he get's the posts right, they will be fixed fine.

The whole job went very smoothly and silently. It was obvious that Luis Estrada had done this before and his two man crew had done this many times so there was no need for directions. After I showed them the broken post, every one went to work. One man tied back my neighbor's ornamental plantings and then went to mix concrete. Mr. Estrada and another man removed the post and the concrete in which it had been set. Then they replaced two lengthwise rotten fence boards and the finials on the posts which the squirrels had gnawed away. The new post was set in the hole, quick setting concrete poured around it, and the post. held plumb until the concrete had set. The work site was cleaned meticulously, the ornamental plantings released, so, except for the new wood on the fence, it was very difficult to tell that anything had been done. It was a thoroughly professional job. Mr. Estrada's original estimate of $ 200 to replace the post, which was one half or less what other fencers asked, was observed; there was no charge for the boards and finials. In the picture below, Mr. Luis Estrada is in the middle between his two crew members.

They provided work in a timely fashion and the crew was on time and did excellent work and great clean up.

Quoted one price. I went and got the permits. Two days before the building was to take place he sent me a new statement for literally twice as much as the first estimate.

Estrada removed the old fence, including hauling away all debris. Installed a new fence with metal posts and crossbeam, with vertical wood palings. Took the time to discuss what we needed, made suggestions a gave us a quote. The work was performed in the time quoted (two days). We had a minor issue (crooked/cracked paling), they responded promptly and resolved it quickly without any hassle.

Since I first owned a home or condo, I've never written a review for any service. This is the third time I've had Estrada Fences help me with a problem. In almost a decade, I've never had quicker, more professional, reliable, and price-appropriate results. They are the best at what they do. Period.

This company was one of only two that were able to come to my home and look at what I was wanting to get done. He was very punctual and took the measurements. He was to provide the quote for the work later that day or the following. After almost a week I heard nothing. I reached out again and spoke to the same person on the phone and he assured me he would get back to me quickly. It has been over a week and still nothing. This was disappointing and has led me to provide my first negative rating of any company I found via Angie's List. I seriously doubt I would use them even if they provided a quote. If they can't do a quote in a timely manner how would I know they can do the work?

Two neighbors on the cul-de-sac has put in new Tru-Link fencing and encouraged me to use their rep for our new fence. Based on the Angie's List and Yelp reviews we went with Estrada and couldn't be more pleased. It is easy to make a side by side comparison as our fencing abuts our neighbor's. The appearances are, for the most part, similar. But for about the same money ours is sturdier and better built. The company was professional and a pleasure to work with. The worker's were efficient, polite and friendly.

Tony gave us a rather high estimate to repair the fence, and we accepted because the fence was laying on our landscaping. Eventually he sent men (unsupervised) to do the repairs. but in doing so they spilled the cement for resetting the posts all over our patio and steppers. When I reported it to Tony, he said he would send them back to power wash but it is still there months later.

They came out super-quick and had the best price per post by far. He even did an extra rotten post that we hadn't planned on originally...for just the price of the new post with no extra labor or concrete charge.

Excellent - no complaints. Great price, great work, beautiful wood fence. Have already received multiple compliments on our new fence and have recommend Luis to friends.

It went extremely well! I telephoned and explained my problem. I received a telephoned assessment and cost estimate within two days. I accepted the estimate and the work was completed three days later, very nicely done and so neatly that one could not tell anyone and been there.
