The job went exactly as planned since the bid was very detailed. Excellent work, very fast, polite, knowledgeable painters.

They did the job quickly and neatly, and as described. Their quote was 7-900 less than other quotes I received, in line with what I expected to pay, and have paid in the past. Reasonable and quality work.

They were prompt and did a great job for a fair price. We would definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them.

The owner/salesman was very thorough and professional but we never saw him or heard from him again after signing the contract. There were delays in starting the job, which were never properly explained, and the job took twiice as long as planned. Communication throughout was very poor. However, the quality of the work was topnotch. I was having a very old building painted in the interior and the painters did a super job of patching and repairing the walls and ceilings before painitn. They did not do so good a job at protecting my furniture and floors or at cleaning up afterwards. Overall, the quality of work outweighed the negative features.

: I absolutely loved these guys. They were prompt at every appointment from start to finish fast efficient and super clean. With one of the companies I had come out and give me a quote I never heard back from with Ottis and Certa pro I had a well thought out detailed quote that same visit with a follow up email later that night. Not only that but I was introduced to 2 other people I have already used again. 1 a color consultant and another an artist and Faux finish painter. From start to finish, my experience with Certa Pro Painters was excellent. I will highly recommend them and plan to use them for future projects. I will also recommend Certa Pro Painters to my clients.

They were on time and professional. They did not, however, sand my porch first, and I will have to see if the paint holds. I will update this ratings after the spring. If you hire them, be sure to ask if they intend to sand first. I never asked.
