Description of Work: Our experience with Central Carpet was quite excellent. They were patient during the sales and selection part. We did have to cancel our first installation date and they were very understanding. When did have the installation it went smoothly and the crew was just outstanding. For sure I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I have used Central Carpets several times for Carpet Cleaning. They always do a great job, show up on time and offer a fair price. I have also purchased carpeting from them and they did a nice job helping me with that as well.

Description of Work: I had asked them to clean the rugs in my office and carriage house. They came while I was at work and had assigned my daughter to deal with them. Did a great job on the carriage house carpet which has a narrow stair case so I was concerned about the access of their equipment. But they completed this task very promptly. My daughter was confused about which other room in the house to ask them to do so they left without completing this task, but I do not blame them for miscommunication.
