Couldn't have been much better, however I did find later that the fan in my attic was not working and that my crawlspace had many leaks in it a couple of months later. However 4 HVAC people and my own waterproofer missed it as I think it is hard to spot that it is there in the basement. Brian also offered to work with the roofers when my roof needs to be replaced to be sure it is done right. You can trust his judgement and experience.

They were thorough and were able to answer questions. The service they provided and their communication were good.

Brian was very punctual. I called and the next day he came over. He looked at my furnace and air conditioner. I really enjoyed speaking with him. He let me know exactly what I needed to do. After he saw the minor problem I had he reduced the quote. He has recommended what I need to do take care of my problems. There wasn't anything he lacked, he was professional and courteous.

There was moldy smell that was noticeable in the basement for a while now, and we hired Brian Bussey to provide an assessment of the extent of the mold, and a remediation plan. He was very thorough, and assured us that the mold growing was not toxic, which was my primary concern. He then provided a couple of companies that perform the remediation work; he gave us a bit of a discount since the area of concern was not large that it required hours of investigation. He also provided a good write up that we used it as a means of providing a work order for the company performing the remediation work. The fee he charged also include a lab fee for analysis, so overall, I felt it was a reasonable price to pay for knowing exactly what we were dealing with, and clear instructions for the crew performing the work.

Absolutely the best you can hire to do this work. He is very easy to speak with, very flexible for appointments, quickly responds to messages. His credentials are impeccable. The reports are professional and detailed. This is serious business when it comes to mold in your home. You want someone who is very committed to doing the work correctly. I feel very confident living in my home after clearance on the final report.

Very thorough and conscientious. Provides detailed explanations and ample information to address the problem. He came out twice to retest due to some lingering issues.

Brian's expertise was invaluable and spared us thousands of dollars and hours of frustration dealing with mold remediation companies that lacked experience and overcharged for inadequate services. He was professional, friendly, and reliable.

Brian was wonderful. He let us know that should he come into our house it would cost us a fair amount of money that if we sent him some photos he could let us know the nature of our situation. We sent him some shots, he got back to us the same day and let us know what needed to be done and that we should be able to do it ourselves. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Will definitely call him again if needed and will recommend him to our friends.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He was able to determine the causes of multiple areas of water damage within my home, explain them in a very understandable matter, and offer well thought out ideas regarding remediation of the problems. He was very responsive with phone calls, conscientious within the home, and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. Best of all, he was able to easily answer questions that other home professionals could not. Brian's consultative abilities were invaluable. I am in an attorney review period. I just completed a home inspection. The home inspector did not notice any obvious signs of mold. He recommended against bringing in a mold inspector because all the signs did not point to the need. I was informed by the seller at the last minute that they experienced flooding a year ago. I read the clean-up report and it mentioned that there were signs of "visible mold growth." I was not sure whether I needed to move forward with an inspection or not. I have decided to not perform it based on my own research and the opinion of my home inspector. Brian did not tell me not to go forward with it, but gave me honest information so I was well informed.

Bought an old house with musty smell. Wanted to feel comfortable before moving in. Brian was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the problems. Did the testing but some levels were a bit elevated and it caused us a panic and he tended to tell us the worse case situation which made us more nervous. Brian is very experienced and knowledgeable, but I wouldn't do mold testing unless you really think you have a problem. We ended up not having the situation professionally re-mediated due to cost. Ripped out all the old carpet and musty smell is gone. Wish we had done that first.

By far the best, four other companies I had tried were not able to resolve the issue. They came and diagnosed the issue on the first visit and on the second visit they verified that the problem was in fact solved.

The owner, Brian Bussey, returned a voicemail I had left him the same day. I described the situation to him and he provided me his evaluation over the phone stating I would not need is full services which started at a flat rate of $350.

Brian came well prepared, and looked at the problems in all 3 apartments. He explained to the tenants and myself exactly what he saw, and he made verbal recommendations. Brian drew a diagram of the floor plans, where he observed mold. He took a sample of the mold to have it analyzed, because one of my tenants was concerned for the health of their baby. Fortunately Brian correctly verbally diagnosed the species of the mold, which was not a major health hazard. I paid for the inspection, the mold analysis, and a full report. What Brian did was put all of my tenants at ease, and his recommendations will be done, so that come winter, we will not have the same mold occurrence. Brian is knowledgeable, polite, honest, and friendly. I will highly recommend him. If any additional work would be required by the damage, Brian would recommend a competent tradesman that he's used.

Fabulous! We have used Brian in the past and were extremely pleased with his services. I checked out every LEGITIMATE mold testing company and kept coming back to him. He has a masters degree in this area, is extremely thorough and fair (actually had the lowest) with his pricing. We used him to "scrape" our air ducts and send the specimens off to a top lab in Washington, DC to grow. They found various types of bacteria in the ducts. He also assisted us in a plan to get it clean and sanitized. Subsequently we have referred him to many people who were also thrilled with Brian and his work product.

BRIAN WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US GET RID OF THIS MESS. WE PURCHASED A HOUSE FULL OF MOLD (UNKNOWN TO US) AND I WAS NINE MONTHS PREGNANT. I WAS REFERRED TO BRIAN THROUGH A MOLD REMEDIATION COMPANY REFERRED BY OUR INSURANCE AGENT (NO, IT WASN'T COVERED). BRIAN IS A ONE MAN SHOW - NO OVERHEAD AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. HE LEANED ON THE REMEDIATION COMPANIES TO GET TO THE HOUSE TO SEE THE JOB AND HELPED US PICK THE BEST ONE AT THE BEST PRICE. THIS GUY REALLY LOVES WHAT HE DOES - HIS EYES JUST LIT UP AS HE SHOWED ME A DRAWING OF THE HOUSE MAPPED OUT WITH THE MOLD. HE ENJOYS PLAYING ''DETECTIVE'' AND JUST REALLY GETS IN TO THE ''MOLD THING''. HE'S HIGHLY CREDENTIALED, EXPERIENCED AND JUST A GENUINELY GOOD PERSON. NOTE: BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE ''MOLD PEOPLE''. ITS KIND OF A SHADY BUSINESS AND YOU CAN GET TAKEN. YOU CAN PAY TO HAVE IT CLEANED UP ONLY TO MAKE IT STRONGER AND WORSE LATER. BRIAN IS THE BEST PLACE TO START. YOU CAN TRUST HIM.
