Easy to contact, walked me through the procedure, gave a price range and indicated that they would confirm the price before starting once they saw the house. Set up an appointment, they arrived on time, cleaned and ran water through the gutters/downspouts to verify that there were no blockages.

I was very pleased with the window washing service. I did not ask them to clean the sills, so they didn’t do that. It probably would have been an extra charge since that is definitely more work and time consuming. I thought the pricing was reasonable for the job.

Fairly well once they got here! Appointment was for 11-1 arrival. I had to call at 1:20 to find out what’s what. Apologized profusely and said someone would be out by 3:00. Great Crew showed up at 2:05 but with no call before arrival, and no price confirmation from estimate as requested upon arrival. My bad but I had a neighbor over as I wasn’t expecting them yet without a call. No clue on gutters yet as it hasn’t rained, but the service is guaranteed.

On 6/20/20 we rewashed the outside windows in question and were able to identify that the the windows have bad seals thus causing moisture between the window panes. We let the customer know that the only way to resolve this problem is to replace them. We do appreciate the customers time and do hope they find time to update this review that better reflects the quality of service performed at their house. Mark Crane GM"

LA McMahon cleaned every window in my house inside and out, including the screens. They were punctual, worked fast, and left the windows sparkling. I only wish I'd called them sooner. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

It went excellent. The worker arrived on time and did an excellent job removing all the mildew and dirt that had accumulated on the siding. He was polite and friendly. The cost was $125, minus a $10 coupon for a total of $115.

It's a lot of money for 30 minutes work. I thought they'd have to take the downspouts off to clean but they didn't. All I saw was water coming out at the bottoms. Couldn't really tell if they are completely clear or just particular open. Plugged as a results of roofer blowing the roof clean after stripping and into the gutters.

It went well but a little more expensive than I thought but overall I was pleased. There was a crew of 3 men and they were done in about an hour or so. They arrived earlier than anticipated but that was no problem and the results were terrific

The guys came when I expected them. They got right to work. One worked inside and the other outside. They seemed very efficient. We have decorative grills on some of our windows and I agreed to take them down. They had to remove the one over the front door. It was sticking on one side but they got it. I forgot to remove the covering for a half circle window. They took care of that. It was a good experience and I plan to hire them again.
