The company was very responsive. They came out for estimate. When we set the date, they were on time and did an excellent job. They were very neat and courteous. The patio looks like new after powerwash. Would be happy to use them again and would also recommend L.A. McMahon.

I was originally scheduled for a Saturday appointment, but due to weather.. my appointment was rescheduled. The owner Mark, was very professional and generally concerned with customer satisfaction. Mark reached out to me personally, so that I would not lose my entire Saturday waiting for the crew to show up, he also set up the appointment for the following Monday. The guys that came out were professional and the service was impeccable! I will be using L A McMahon Window Washing for my service needs, you will not be disappointed!

Friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. Windows look great! We didn't realize how dirty they were until they were sparkling clean!

The crew arrived early to clean all of my windows and screens. They came prepared, but I became concened because one of the crew members, who appeared to be very young, didn't know how to open the windows or how to remove the screens. I had to show him how to do it and I was concerned that he might damamge the window or screen due to his lack pf experience or care in handling the windows and screens. However, other members of the crew were much more expereienced and the cleaning was completed quickly. The window and screen cleaning was thorough and everything looked great upon completion.

Easily scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday. The technician came as scheduled and washed all the exterior windows and skylight as agreed. Nice job - good price. Will recommend to neighbors and family. Thank You!

I called L.A. McMahon Window Washing, Inc. after receiving my Angie's List Booklet. They gave me their price structure over the telephone, and I made the appointment. L.A McMahon were to arrive between 1pm and 3pm. At about 12 noon, they called to say that they would arrive close to 3pm, stating that they wanted to avoid us waiting and watching for 2 hours. I greatly appreciated this, as I was able to run an errand. Mr. McMahon Sr., his son and one other young man arrived promptly. They were courteous, professional and efficient, as they washed our windows inside and out. It took about 1hr. and 40 minutes for entire job.When they completed the job I was presented their written invoice, automatically deducting the $10 off discount. My husband and I were truly pleased.

It went well. The son of the owner of the sub-company that McMahn used accidentally forgot to replace the liners with the security company logo in the lower window (he had replaced them in the upper windows). I called and they scheduled to return and reposition the correctly the same day I called.

L.A. McMahon's team did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and flushing them out for clogs. They clean up the area afterwards leaving no mess. They made sure the gutter sceens were laying flat (if in correct can not see from the street). I was very pleased with the results (also received $10.00 off with Angie's List member coupon) and will be trying their window services next.

We have a large 3 story Victorian home with 3 skylights on the 3rd floor. I told them ahead of time about the height and they brought a 40 foot ladder with them. Rafael and Daniel were on the team that came out to do the job. They had to cancel our initial appointment because of rain, but the company called early in the morning of the same day to reschedule.They were on time and did a terrific job! Everything sparkled and they were very accommodating. When I pointed out that they missed 4 sets of glass block windows in 3 bathrooms and a hallway they did those in a jiff. Very pleasant to be around them while they worked. It took a little longer than they had anticipated but I have no complaints. At the end the job was thorough and very well done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gutters were overflowing and needed to be cleaned out during this rainy season. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to provide same day service, which I really appreciated. Workers cleaned up thoroughly once job was completed.

My phone conversation setting up the appointment was professional and pleasant. There was a little lag time due to all the rain we have had, but it was still only a few days from the time I called till the work was done. I was not home when they came, but an invoice was left. I know that they came within the two hour window set. I received a follow-up call 3 days later to see if I was pleased. I was. I have paid more for less. I will use this company again in the spring. I have recommended them to 2 other households in the neighborhood and know that one has scheduled.

There are two energetic gentlemen replacing the screens for my windows. I spent $120 on that service. I would tell others that they were prompt, thorough and they do a good job. They do window cleaning and power washing.

The total experience was top notch. An accurate estimate was given at the time of the original phone call. We needed the work done promptly due to an event at our house and they were able to accommodate us. The men who performed the work arrived early and were curteous and professional. Of course we would use them again.

Fantastic. I read the other reviews so when I called to schedule an appointment I asked a lot of questions about the charges. I think the miscommunication with other customers is what exactly counts as a window. But if you go to the company's website the pricing and description is straightforward and fair. And the woman I spoke to on the phone fairly and accurately answered my questions. Their pricing is fair and straghtforward. How many windows do you have that you want cleaned? A transom window, even though small, counts as a window. A sliding glass door or storm door with 2 panels of glass, each counts as 2 windows. I think other customer's confusion with the price quoted on the phone versus when the workers arrive is simply that the customers didn't accurately know how many windows they had. I swore over the phone I had 28 windows and when I went home and actually counted them I had 38! We will use this company again. It save me and my husband from trying to do something we weren't qualified to do, and over which we would have spent an entire weekend and not done as good of a job. I thought the company had pretty good availability, I requested at 8 am appointment and it was available the following week. There is an Angie's List coupon which was nice. I will defintely use this company again. The windows are so clean its as if there isn't glass in them.

Ebi and Elias did a great job! They were professional, friendly and very hard working. They even arrived a few minutes early. The did a great job on the screens because just two does later after a driving rain storm my windows still look beautiful. The overall price was very fair. While I spent a bit more for the extras (skylight, window wells and basement windows), I won't necessarily have those cleaned each time. The price for just the window ($120) was really reasonable! I will absolutely use LA McMahon again and plan to call them for gutter cleaning in the fall.

I have had horrendous experiences with window washers in the past. I was nervous to try again, but I followed this recommendation from Angie's list. I could not be happier after using L.A. McMahon's services! They gave me an appointment within a few days after I called. They showed up on time. They kept both the inside and the outside of my house very clean. My windows have never sparkled the way they do today. Marco was professional, polite and excellent at his job. He truly wants to please the people who hire him. He takes pride in his work. I will definitely recommend L.A. McMahon to others and I will DEFINITELY use them again!

Great experience! They did a fantastic job. They were quick, too. Very good service; when they found that some of our screens were extremely dirty, they asked for a garden hose to rinse them off, which we appreciated.

I called to set appointment. They tried to fit me in that day but we moved it out a week. They were on time, cleaned up their mess on each window, were professional and smiled. They let me know that one of the gutters was blocked. This is my 3rd time using them and I would use them again.

Did a good job--unclogged three downspouts for us. My only complaint is that they did not wash away the muck after it came out of the downspouts. It was left sitting on our walkway.

The woman that I spoke with to set up the work didn't ask enough questions of me and, since I'd not had windows washed for me before, I didn't volunteer specific information that may have helped. She quoted me a price of $145, based upon the number of windows, but didn't ask me if I needed the storms washed and, if so, how many I had. She also didn't ask if I had any unusual windows (I have 10 that are considered "French" because of the detailing on the window). The job ended up costing $179, which I still feel was completely worth it. The windows look great (and they had really taken a beating during this last winter).
