Highly recommend Villano Interiors! We used them for new carpeting a few years ago, and then had them back again to put in new hardwood a year or two later. Pricing is great and they are very pleasant / professional.

Overall very well. Tom is very easy to work with and responsive to requests. The only issue that came up was the fact that the old carpet was left with the church garbage rather than being hauled away.

I cannot say enough great things about Tom. Complete experience was wonderful from the time spent on determining what options to go with through all the installations. I should note my place is about 700 square feet, so in general a pretty small job. Lots of contractors don't like small jobs and Tom treated me no less important because this wasn't a huge job for him. He was friendly and ALWAYS available to answer questions throughout. Wonderful professional who is fair, patient and straightforward. For someone new to home renovations - I really appreciated this! Background: I was given Tom's name from 2 friends that had used him for new flooring in their condos and they both said great things. So I had HIGH expectations as I'd seen the work his guys did in their places - and it was great. Pre-work: I called Tom initially and he got back to me and had an appointment to come to my house and check out the space and look at samples, working around my schedule. He spent time with me (he was the first and only person I talked to) and never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all my questions. Made me feel comfortable with the process. We made some rough calls, he took some measurements and then quoted me prices for each of the components (counters, floors and carpet). I decided to move forward and the prices he quoted me originally were extremely fair and reasonable and more importantly exactly what I paid in the end - no surprises! Before I could get the work started I had to have condo association approval on installing the new floors. Tom was helpful and provided me with the required documentation quickly. Once I got the approval we scheduled the first part of the work the next week. Tom was flexible in scheduling dates that worked around my schedule to meet the crew. The work First we installed new granite counter tops (previously had laminate). I have a small walk-through kitchen that opens up into a dining area. Tom suggested adding some additional counter space into the dining area - it was a fantastic idea as it significantly increased my counter space. He and his team lead for counters came to my house a few days prior to the counter top installation, remeasured and made sure to check that everything could fit through the doors. On the day of the work, his team of guys (4 in total) arrived a few minutes early and were done in about 2 hours. Tom personally came to my house that day to meet the team. The counter tops look amazing and I'm loving all the extra space! The second installation was the carpet in the bedroom. This was done while my parents were at my house, but the new carpet and padding are wonderful. Because of the extra padding his team had to cut a little bit off my door, which again was no charge, just part of the service. This was completed in just a few hours. The last installation was the wood flooring. This was completed in one day. The wood was delivered to my house a few days early so it could get used to the environment and the installers again were on time and friendly (a total of 4 guys and Tom again was there to meet them and introduce them to me). From what I heard from my friends they were cleaning up dust for days after a hardwood floor installation. While I definitely had some clean up to do, Tom's guys cleaned and vacuumed throughout my place so the cleaning wasn't very major. Compared to my friends I think it was very minor. Post work Tom has followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the work and again, I paid him exactly what was quoted initially. I cannot more wholeheartedly recommend anyone more than Tom. He's great to work with and extremely fair. Highly recommend him to anyone if you are looking for flooring or counter tops and anyone that is new to home remodeling.

Excellent job overall. I was thrilled with the look of my refinished floors. They looked like new! They are a very professional company. I highly recommend them. They were reasonable, and there were no surprises. The owner, Tom Villano, runs a wonderful company and pays attention to the details and oversees all work completed. I was equally happy with the granite countertop installation and backsplash.

The owner, Tom Villano, came out to give me an estimate and was very helpful in his explanation of what was needed and what would be done. Estimate was provided in a timely manner and ended up being right on the mark. They used dustless sanders, and they left my condo dust free. The floors were beautiful and looked brand new. Villano Interiors came highly recommended to me, and they fully lived up to my expectations. I believe the cost was fair as I had another estimate that came in considerably higher by another company my contractor recommended. I'm glad I went with Villano Interiors instead not just because they were priced better but they did a superb job. They made what I heard could be a difficult project very easy, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Villano Interiors if you are looking to refinish or replace wood flooring. Based on a job well done I am using them as my fabricator for my countertops and backsplash as well. That will be complete in a couple of weeks. and I expect to be equally as pleased.

Tom first came out to my home(same week of original service request) to see what my exact needs were. I explained that we would like a durable and easy to clean carpet for our "high traffic" living room and 2 bedrooms before we moved in. From time of original order to final install it took about 10 days. The quality of materials, installation and price were excellent. I highly recommend Villano Interiors for your carpet needs. Tom(the owner) is a trustworthy, honest and very experienced person that truly cares!!
