I had water damage that was growing mold. ProCare came out and looked at it asap and quickly removed the mold. I haven't had any problems since then. The water damage was so bad I had to get new floors and drywall too, and ProCare went above and beyond with every step. They made everything painless and easy and i am so grateful to them! Highly recommend.

The representatives of ProCare who came to clean up/restore our basement after a heavy rain this summer were very polite and timely. However, the next morning our carpet still squished with water. We had to pull the carpet up and remove the pad underneath and then set the carpet up on boards to dry completely. We paid for both water removal and sanitation...and it wasn't cheap. When the company made a follow-up call a couple days later, I told the rep what we had to do after their so called remediation. I also suggested that paying for water removal and not actually getting that was an issue for us. We were happy to pay for the sanitation, but a refund for the removal would be nice. Never heard from them again.
