Could not have done a better job!

Mark came out to trim granite off the opening to put in a new sink that wouldn’t fit. He was courteous and kept me informed. I thought there would be dust everywhere but was happy to see he used a vacuum when cutting so it was not that bad. I will definitely be calling him for our bathroom remodel. Thanks Mark.

We completely remodeled a family room and the results were beyond our expectations. This job was done quickly and efficiently and nobody could have done it better. The demolition of the room was down to the studs. New framing was done, we added a closet, built-in book shelves, added a custom window seat with drawers below the seat, added a custom cabinet, lighted ceiling fan, and canned lights. New hardwood flooring was installed, stained and finished. Finally, the room was painted to finish the job. Mark and his team understood our concept and took it to a higher level.

I am beyond happy with the work Mark and his team did for my small bathroom remodel. John is a true craftsman and did an amazing job on the tile. Communication was great and the project was finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

We had a complete remodel of our master bathroom. I came up with the overall plan and Mark (owner) of Modern View provided recommendations on where to go to select cabinets, quartz countertop, tile and faucets. John performed most of the work and his tile work was great. Took about 3 weeks and all the work was completed as agreed upon. Very happy with our remodeled master bathroom.

Complete bath remodel down to the studs. Mark was great with advice and suggestions. Love our "new" bath. John did excellent work, cleaned up at end of day, and we hardly knew he was there. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

Hired Modern View to complete a total remodel of our small master bath. We demoed room and hung drywall prior. Then let Modern View take care of the rest - taped and finished drywall, installed shower tile, floor tile, shower doors, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, all fixtures, ceiling fan and vanity light, and finish trim. Painted. Room turned out fantastic. Also had them do some drywall patching in a couple closets. They even did some extra work we didn't originally discuss. The owner Mark is excellent to work with and his craftsman does quality work. Will look to their help with future projects.

Tear out and remodel. I wish I hadn't posted my last review since Mark responded to it and everything was a big misunderstanding. Mark and his team did an amazing job on this project. New drywall, electrical closets, total tear out.

It could not have gone better ! I needed to have my outside window shutters painted. I was wondering who I could use and then I remembered that Modern View Kitchen and Bath Remodeling also did exterior painting. I called Mark, the owner, who redid a shower for me as well as added some new countertops, if he did exterior painting. He said that he did and that he could get to the job in a week. John, who is an excellent worker, came by. He took down the shutters cleaned them painted them and hung them back up. It was not a major job but Mark is willing to do jobs that are both big and small. I will not hesitate to use Modern View when I have another household project be it big or small.

The word "Craftsman" would always be used to describe the worker who did the project from beginning to end. He did all of the work from framing to electrical to drywall to tiling. I actually had the team remodel the main bathroom too. I would hire again.

We've all heard those horror stories about bad contractors and botched remodels. Well, this isn't one of them. We decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms, so we researched reputable companies - using the popular home project review websites, Googling and combing through reviews, asking around, the usual. We made a list of about eight contractors and we met with six of them. There were two that we liked but Mark's ideas and attention to detail were better during the consultation, so we hired him to remodel our bathrooms. It's important to note that we made the first large payment with our credit card, really because we were afraid of hiring a contractor and having them disappear after we paid them. We were very cautious. After that first payment and spending some time with Mark and his crews, we were happy to write him checks when he asked because he had earned our trust. In fact, we had a punch list of some minor items after the jobs were completed, and Mark made sure everything was taken care of immediately, and this was after our final payment had already been made. His crews were on time every day and worked hard the whole time they were here. We liked the quality of their work and the materials they used so much, we had them stay and replace our basement floor. We then moved on to our other large project, our kitchen remodel. We trusted Mark and his crews so much that we gave them full access to our home while we were out on vacation. A pipe burst during that week, and one of Mark's men noticed it right away and fixed it immediately (Mark ran out to buy the needed plumbing supplies), preventing the basement from flooding and saving us quite a lot of money and frustration. We are first time remodelers, so we were asking questions and changing things throughout, yet Mark and his crews were incredibly patient, flexible, and professional. I can't recommend Mark and Modern View enough. We LOVE our sparkling new kitchen and bathrooms! A contractor who is honest, talented, professional, charges a very fair price, and is such a nice man. Hire him, you won't regret it. (In this day and age, you can expect a lot of fake reviews. We did not receive any compensation or discounts for writing this review.)

went well, answered request for an estimate in a propmt manner. Came and measured for countertop and provided me with an estimate in a reasonable amount of time.

This is the second time we have used Modern View. just like before mark was very punctual and explained what he thought was the best countertop for the job. He directed us to his warehouse where a variety of quartz stones were available to chose from. Anna, who was an employee, did a wonderful job assisting us in finding the right color stone. Mark's workers came a couple of weeks later and in a two hour period of time removed the old countertops and bar sink and replaced them with the new quartz countertops and a new bar sink. things could not have gone better. My wife and I are very happy with the result. We have recommended Modern View to all of our friends and relatives.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He came and explained what needed to be done to redo the shower. Once we agreed to have his company do the work he told us where we should go to pick out the tiles. Once the job was started he called to make sure his worker had arrived on time. he was responsive throughout the renovation. He answered all my questions and got back to me with his responses immediately or later that same day. I want to spend a good deal of time talking about John the workman who did the installation. I should correct myself when I used the word workman. John is a true craftsman who takes great pride and pleasure in his work. He would whistle while he worked so you know he was enjoying it ! When he did take a break for lunch he ate at the job site. John's workmanship was meticulous. We now have a professionally done shower that could be displayed in any magazine or showroom !

Modern View completed an extensive remodel of our master bathroom which included moving walls and relocating drains, plumbing and ductwork. We were highly pleased with the rough construction work as well as the installation of the all fixtures (tub, toilet, faucets, vanity, cabinetry, etc.). The quality of workmanship was top notch on all finishes including drywall, painting and installation of marble tile on floors. They helped us design and build a custom 4' x 6' shower and the marble tile work looks fantastic. Marc, the owner, was helpful and cooperative in delivering our "vision" and providing expert advice based on his professional experience to help us design an awesome space. Modern View demonstrated flexibility throughout the planning and construction process, allowing us to choose which fixtures we would supply and which items we needed/wanted assistance in selecting. The demolition team, carpentry team and GC were all professional and highly punctual. They worked six days a week (even Memorial Day weekend) on our project and finished on time. All rough inspections and final inspections went smoothly thanks to Modern View's experience and quality of work. We are satisfied and will not hesitate to call them again.

From start to finish I was so impressed with the professional demeanor and focus on customer satisfaction by Mark and Yuri. Mark did a great job of ensuring the cabinets & trimwork were ordered correctly and delivered on time. His recommendation on under cabinet lighting was a beautiful addition to the kitchen. Cannot say enough about how quickly Yuri completed the demo, cabinet installation, tilework, plumbing & electrical and with great attention to detail. It was a joy to work with Mark & Yuri and I would highly recommend Modern View for any remodel work. This is a company of hard working, knowledgeable individuals who should take pride in the exceptional work they provide.

Went fantastic! Mark was super easy to work with. When we decided to add a heated floor AFTER the project began, he was able to get it in with in problem. The quality of the work done was top notch as well. The work was done in a timely fashion, and his workers ALWAYS showed up on time. Would highly highly recommend them.
