Everything went as planned. Joe was at my place to do the install as scheduled and was equally pleasant and professional. If there had been a problem, I felt (and feel) confident that Joe would have handled it. His motto was, "There are no problems, only solutions." What a great attitude.

succeeded in doing this, when another well known contractor claimed it couldn't be done. The other contractor sent out a salesman
who had no personal experience in installing this type of material. Paul on the other hand had extensive experience before starting
his own business. Joe, the installer, was trained by Paul, and was prompt, courteous, efficient, and creative, and respected our
property as if it was his own. We couldn't ask for a more favorable experience with this project from initial contact to the finished
product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

the medicine cabinet, the cabinet over the toilet, the toilet, the sink, the tub, and the window were replaced and a new shower liner was put in instead of the ugly pink tile.
We were having a problem with moisture build up in the bathroom, so Paul installed a new and much better exhaust fan, with light, in the ceiling. Also, we have a laundry hamper in the bathroom that goes directly down to the laundry room in the basement and the ugly metal door on that was replaced with a wooden door to match the sink cabinet and medicine cabinet. It looks fantastic!
All in all we are very happy with the results and we would use Paul's firm again in the future!

The job was not without some snags. The ceiling to the shower enclosure fell down and broke. The worker could have glued it and passed it off as perfect. He told me what happened and ordered a new one. Also a hole was poked in the ceiling by an unsecured pipe when the base of the shower was put in. Bath Xpert hired someone to repair and ceiling and paint it.
The final result was a job done to perfection. When they were done, there was no cleanup and the shower was ready for use. I would hire them again when I need some work to be done.

Bath xpert did an outstanding job on the project, they were very detailed in the tile work, making sure that every tile surface was level with the next tile, that the final wall surface was level (not an easy task since my walls were not level), made sure that the tile layout had the least waste and best look and used the right materials for the job.
My shower had multiple areas of fixture penetration, each requiring skilled work to ensure the openings were within the narrow tolerances. Bath expert took the extra time to ensure the opening were just right.
The owner, Paul, made multiple visits to the project to ensure the work was being done to my expectation and to keep me informed of the progress.
I look forward to using them on my future projects.
