They have a wonderful office staff.Kinga was both friendly, dependable with follow-ups and professional with each encounter. Walter actually came to us for the estimate and really answered all of our questions and was right on with the time frame. I had all new gutters installed. They were prompt, efficient, gutters are beautiful, got oversized gutters and covers. The price was lower with this company than the other gutter quotes I got. They work better than the old ones because they are oversized. They answered all the questions I had. They came back out and installed a longer down spout with no extra charge. I did have them come back not due to a problem but because I wanted the look of the longer one. I also got a warranty from them.

I highly recommend A&D Home Improvement simply because of their customer service. They replaced and installed a new roof in my townhome but there was still some leaking afterwards which ended up being because, they explained, it was coming in from the unit next door. They ended up coming out several times to identify the issue and to work to resolve it along with some other minor issues. In each case they worked diligently to resolve the issues without complaining (to me) or talking about the money they were losing by having to do so.
