I like their personality. They are good, caring people. They pay attention to what you have to say about the problem in your vehicle. They are good and prompt workers. I have never had a problem with any of the work that they have done on my car. I have complimented the supervisor on how well I am treated at that company.

This is my first Mopar purchase, so I was a bit apprehensive. Mr. Kang was not the stereotypical "car sales man". He acted with honesty and integrity, and treated me fairly. All prices were discussed up front, and there were absolutely no "high pressure" tactics used by him. Since Feeny was not the first dealership that I was visiting, nor the last, Chung actually helped my purchasing tactics at other dealers by giving me some very helpful tips. I was surprised, because usually sales people keep their tricks pretty close to the vest. Since after all the research and haggling at other dealers, I came back to see him. No mind games, no hassles.
