A rental property of mine has a gas dryer that is not heating up. Called 3 appliance repair services, and left voice mail. Cornerstone was the first to respond. They were very straightforward and upfront with their charge which is $68 for service call, and an estimate of $130-170 total. This is a big plus as opposed to many other places that are evasive on their pricing, and often put you on the spot with a high quote (waste service charge or pay high price for repair) after they arrived for the repair. Setting up the appointment went smoothly with a two hour arrival time frame during which my tenant could be home. Service person arrived within the time frame, and got the job done (open fuse).
Because I could not be there myself, Cornerstone said the service person would call me when he diagnosed what the problem was to confirm to go ahead with any repairs needed. However, I did not get a call. I called my tenant after the appointment time, and confirmed the repair went smoothly. I called Cornerstone the next day to inquire about what the charges were and also mentioned that they did not call me before going ahead with the repairs. The lady promptly said that not calling me to confirm the go ahead was not acceptable, and because of that, they would only charge me the $68 service call charge. The service would otherwise have been $150.57 total ($68 service call and $82.57 for diagnosis, replacing the fuse, cleaning the interior, and oiling up the pulleys and rollers). I felt that this was very professional and demonstrate excellent customer service and care. It also tells me that Cornerstone cares about building their business for the long term, as opposed to many other places which just want to get as much as possible out of the client. I also felt that even without taking out the $82.57, their original total charge of $150.57 is reasonable compared to other places.
I have several rental properties, and would definitely use their service again.

While the prices do seem little higher than I expected, they will work on any models.  They indicate they provide free estimates over the phone but I did not ask for this.  Scheduling was easy enough and they were out the next day but he didn't have the needed belt.  I did wonder why the person on the phone didn't ask me what type of dryer I had to be prepared with any possible needed parts.  Also, they asked that I pay half of the amount up front, prior to the repair.  The dryer has been working fine since.

Repairman was on time and had everything he needed to diagnose and fix our problem.  Everything is working great now.

Randy did an excellent job.  He explained what was going on.  We had a problem with the washer and the dishwasher.  I didn’t know the age of any of the appliances as home owners.  He said that both of them were fairly old and not to hold our hopes too long for the washer.  However, he fixed it.  We found him through Angie's List.  The price was very reasonable and it included the parts that were replaced.  He was extremely responsive and he came out very fast.

Repairman tried to fix the problem with a new seal but when he went to install the seal he found a hairline crack in the pump. Since the repairs would be more than half of what a new dishwasher would cost and the fact that it was 12 years old, we opted to not do the repairs. This is the second time we have used Cornerstone Appliances and are impressed by their honesty and professionalism. They have any appliance repair we ever have.

Cornerstone moved up our appointment because we had a leak in or refrigerator which was causing damage to our wood floors. Lincoln arrived in the middle of the window. He was courteous, professional and very personable. He diagnosed the problem as a frozen hose and walked me through how he would fix it. He took apart the freezer portion, thawed the hose, and put it back together within 45 minutes. The cost was surprisingly reasonable and Lincoln gave me tips on how to keep it from happening again. I would definitely use Cornerstone again and highly recommend them.

Professional and friendly repair person named Lincoln on first day . Very thorough and explained everything in detail including the schedule and what to expect with the return service. The repair person that came out to complete the job was named Bob. He was just as friendly, professional and thorough, explained everything, including the warranty etc.. I paid 1/2 at time of initial service and 1/2 at job completion . We were able to call and get on schedule within a couple days. The time between initial service and return service was very short. The first service day was Friday , return with new part was Monday Will use them again !!

Bob arrived on time and immediately started investigating where the water was leaking from to locate the source.  He located the most likely issue, did some cleaning of parts and reassembled the machine.  Bob advised me the machine was warranted for 90 days and should the leak reappear I would not be charged for a service call.  He tested the machine again and water was not leaking.

We have moved to a new house.  The movers would not connect the gas line, so we needed to call Cornerstone to handle.  Randy connected the washer and dryer and also investigated the grill on the stove which we thought didn't work, but discovered that it was working properly.  Randy couldn't be nicer and we wouldn't hesitate to call Cornerstone again in the future.

Lincoln was on time and professional.  Ended up not needing a fix to my machine, as it appears the problem was my user-error, but they have a 90 day warranty for their service call if I have any additional problems.  I would use them again for any future appliance repairs.

Bob came out and checked out the old ignitor and saw that it was not working correctly.  He got a new one out of the truck and replaced it quickly.  He also checked a burner I was having trouble with and gave me the option of fixing it or not.  There was no pressure or selling up to fix it to.  He left the decision up to me.  Would recommend them to anyone.

After a competitor failed to show for an appointment and was unable to reschedule there was an urgent need for a quick appointment and repair. I found Cornerstone through Angie's list and Irene was able to confirm a repair appointment for the next morning. The work was performed satisfactorily and at a very reasonable price. The repair was for a tenant so I did not personally interact with the tech but my tenant was very complimentary. Jill at Cornerstone was very helpful with invoicing in a landlord tenant situation.

Washing machine broke in the evening. I emailed Randy and he called me early the next morning. He gave a time frame he would should up and came out in that time frame.  He was able to repair the broken switch and do an inspection of the washing machine to make sure everything else on it looked to standard.  He said it was in good condition and needed no further work right now.  Total time to service was about 30 minutes.  Will definitely use again and recommend.

Randy was very professional and courteous.  We called early in the morning and he answered promptly and gave us an estimated time of arrival. He arrived as stated and completed the work quickly and professionally.  Because the washer stopped mid-cycle he had to pump out the water still in the machine before he could even start to determine the problem.  He even placed "booties" on his shoes so as not to track snow into the house.
I would highly recommend Randy.

We waited three weeks for the parts from Whirlpool. As soon as the boxes arrived, I called Cornerstone and they scheduled the repair for the next business day - President's Day. I was nervous that they would not come because the scheduled time was right in the middle of a snow storm (6 inches in a matter of hours). They came anyway.  It was a two person job. They were on time, courteous and worked very quickly. They tested the machine and showed me it worked before they left. I have done a million loads of laundry since then and it is quiet and works perfectly. They email the invoice so you never loose it. Awesome!

Jay fixed our fridge and was quick and professional. Price was reasonable for the work done.

Bob arrived on  time and was very professional in finding the problem, fixing it, and making sure that no other gas leaks were occurring in other areas of the home.
