Mr. [Member Name Removed] 12/22/2015 I am very sorry you still feel unsatisfied with the work that was performed. As per our phone conversation, subsequent letter and refund of $200 we issued you on November 2nd, 2015, I thought we had addressed your issue per your request. I am very disappointed you stated I did not return your call, or respond to your requests. This is the letter we sent you detailing the work that we had performed along with the refund you requested. November 2, 2015 To: [Member Name Removed] [Member Information Removed] Waterman, IL 60556 Dear [Member Name Removed] I just wanted to take a moment to say sorry that you felt you were overcharged for the sink work we performed. On our first trip the faucet did not leak, as we tested it several times. We found a small leak on your shut off valve connections and replaced those. After further investigation when splashing water by faucet and sink we found water getting through faucet and sink. After bringing these to your attention you and I decided to go ahead and re-seal the sink and faucet. After doing so and testing faucet, it still did not leak. A few days later water showed up and you called us back and said water was coming out of the faucet handle. On our way back out to check the faucet I called Moen to make sure the cartridge is the only part in the handle that would allow water to come out. When we arrived to your house the second time the leak was very obvious to find as it was coming out of the handle and running down inside of faucet to make its way into the cabinet below. We checked and replaced the cartridge with a warranty part from Moen. After retesting we found this had solved the problem. After our phone conversation I am sending you a $200 refund as you requested, If I would have replaced the cartridge on the first trip along with the other work we performed the problem would have been solved. I apologize for the inconvenience on your part that a second trip was needed. We truly appreciate and value our customers and would like to keep you as one. Thank You for your Continued Business!
