He seems to be nice and fair. He is not aggressively pushy on sales. He was just giving me my options and pricing. I called about five other companies regarding my water softener and he has been the most fair in price for the estimate on that. We are just waiting for the appliances to be delivered and I am confident that he will install everything right. He said he has been doing it for twenty years. He is friendly and easy to talk with.

They have also repaired my air conditioner and installed a water softener.  The thing I have been most impressed with is their thoroughness.  They were extremely timely and very thorough.  They made sure it was done right before they left.  It was really comforting to know that somebody was making sure that things were working well.  Their prices have been really reasonable compared to others that I have had in.  No one is cheep these days but relative to others, I find their prices to be very fair.  They have the most reasonable price that I have had.  They are very responsive.  They followed up to make sure everything was ok and even the owner came out to double-check the work of his guys.   If there was a problem he would follow up with it.  Their punctuality was very good.  They told me a time and they were there.  In fact, I was late; they were on time!  I will certainly continue to use them.
