The delivery guys called ahead, and arrived on time. (Amazing, in my experience.) They were very polite, helped move some furniture out of the way, and very careful in bringing the recliner, dealing with stairs and sharp corners without so much as brushing the woodwork. One day later, I had some problems with a sticking handle on the Lazboy, and they had a repair technician there immediately at no charge. (It was me, not the chair!) Every interaction I have had with them has been warm and courteous, even though I was kinda bugging them, impatient for the special order. And it did take a week LESS than they said it would. I'm extremely pleased with everybody there. Most places are nice until they have your money, and then you're on your own. Not these folks. They give old-fashioned, quality service and stand behind what they sell.
Description of Work: I'm short, so it is really hard for me to find comfortable furniture. Add sciatica and it's even more difficult. I've been looking for a comfortable recliner for over a year, going to a LOT of stores. Salesperson Cheryl Landolt-Reding was helpful and patient without being pushy. I was given help in narrowing down my selection by my size, and literally hours to sit and try out possibilities. When I found one that fit me well, but lacked the swivel feature I wanted, she was able to custom order it with that feature added.

Description of Work: Ordered a Flexsteel sofa, told it would be 8-12 weeks and sofa arrived in 6 weeks. Delivery was prompt & timely & delivery staff courteous and professional. Will judge quality of furniture after it has been in use.

Sales person, Mary McCarter, was very professional, well informed about the product and made the sale easy. Although furniture was a special order it was delivered when promised and installed by crew from the store. Delivery personnel was very courteous, brought furniture into area of the home difficult to access and did not damage anything during set up. Very pleased with the service provided. Will not hesitate to shop the store again!
