Description of Work: Installed new furnace and air conditioner. | |Very professional, clean & polite installer removed the GIANT old furnace from the 1970s out of the basement and installed the new much smaller one. He had to do custom metal work to attach the new furnace to the existing duct work. Excellent experience we have han no issues at all in the years since the install. I highly recommend

Description of Work: This was the third of four estimates I got and I went with them after looking at the reviews of the Carrier furnace they installed vs. the other brands. The price was in the ballpark. The installers came at the appointed time and replaced my malfunctioning furnace with a new one and took away the old one. Minimal mess and bother with only a little sweeping up after they left. No smoking or muddy feet in house and installers were polite and answered all my questions about the how to maintain the furnace. It has worked exactly as advertised. I am glad I upgraded to the two stage burner furnace with a variable speed motor. This furnace is much quieter than my old furnace or my brothers new one speed furnace with a one speed motor. They were the only ones that offered a two year labor warranty included in the very competitive price. I know others who have used them and I am satisfied that they back up their product and service!

 + -1 moreReceived a phone call the day of installation to confirm someone would be at the house. 2 servicemen arrived as scheduled and replaced the air conditioner and coil. They were very professional and efficient with the replacement. Everything went very smoothly and replacement was completed within a couple of hours. One of the servicemen also explained how to properly maintain the new air conditioning unit.
Description of Work: Current air conditioner had a freon leak in the compressor area that was not repairable. Need to replace was confirmed by a 2nd quotation I received. Mark Kirk was very responsive in coming out to quote a new unit. He performed a very thorough evaluation including measurements of the house to help determine proper sizing of unit. He took all the information from the current unit and submitted to Cilco to determine eligibility for a rebate. Mark also stated he would recharge the current air conditioner if needed at no charge if required before the new unit was installed. Size of new unit was reduced by 1/2 ton and also qualified for a $720 rebate. AAA Northgate did all the paperwork for the rebate.

We had bids from several places, but AAA/Northgate was the best bid. They were quick to schedule, installed cleanly, and even accommodated my (rather difficult) request to vent out in a different place than planned.
