He is a very professional and dedicated worker.

He has a friendly personality and we request him specifically when we have any plumbing needs.

Happily, the serviceman was able to find the part for half the money (actually, more) it would have cost to replace the innards of the furnace.  We were delighted.

Sam and Nick were on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious.  Sam explained the options available to us and the pros and cons of each toilet.  He told us the cost before he started the work.  We opted for a higher priced toilet than we'd planned on because we had been so dissatisfied with the other ones we'd used.  Things took a difficult turn when Sam found the person who had installed our bathroom tile had cracked not only the tile but also the flange for the toilet.  He had to replace that part which cost another 495.00.  He had no other option.  Now it's fixed to our complete satisfaction.  We asked Sam to tie a big red bow around the toilet since this would be our Christmas present to us. 

All in all a good experience.  We would recommend Lifeline Plumbing, their sweet receptionist, Sam, and Nick.  We will definitely use them again.

Joe P was curteous, careful, and conscientious with my newly renovated house. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained everything to me very simply. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Scheduling was very easy and I was able to get an appointment within a few days at my preferred time. The plumber (Sam) and his assistant (Ron) were punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. Sam listened carefully and responded thoroughly to my questions. He was very patient and explained how everything worked and what I needed to do for maintenance. He also explained how I could do a couple minor repairs on my own. He asked several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. He double checked the work and made sure everything was left clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Joe from Lifeline tuned both furnances, and he found some issues in the ductwork. Got honest opinion from Joe and how important it is to fix those.  I noted their number for all the future needs. Highly professional company.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!  I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY HAVE GOOD RATINGS ON ANGIE'S LIST
We contact them to get an estimate for install of a faucet and to reinstall a toilet.  They couldn't tell us over the phone what the price would be, insisted they had to come out.  The apptmt was made for 5 days later.  The day of the apptmt they tried to reschedule us not once, but twice for another day.  They were supposed to be out from 10am-1pm which rescheduled to 4-7pm, and the person arrived at 8:40pm.  We were without a toilet all day waiting for the plumber (and due to our stairs being refinished). 
When the plumber arrived he was polite.  He asked if they told us how much it would be, $610 was his price to reinstall a toilet and a new faucet.  I was floored we expected $200, not $600.  Obviously they had us in a pickle; no working bath on the 1st floor, no access to the upstairs; additionally my husband was out of town. 
I wanted them to leave, I called my husband and he argued with the manager about what a joke their price was and how they pulled this crap when they know people are desperate, he agreed to bring the price down to $350, which still seems excessive.  The plumber didn't leave until 10pm. 
If you want to be jerked around with your time, and then put in a situation where you have waited so long already that they have you desperate they call them if you're smart take my warning and call someone else.

My technician Joe, was outstanding. He checked on a number of concern issues with my 20+ year old furnace including checks for co2 emissions and pilot controls. He was not pushy about trying to add more services, but at my request, he provided many logical and cost saving solutions to replacing these very outworn units. Would highly recommend this service and company

Phone call to make appointment was super easy. She was polite and professional. The technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. Dennis did a great job.
