Explained what he needed to do and went about completing the task in a very timely manor. He then demonstrated and showed me how it operated and filter replacement. He was very knowledgable on it and the when asked he gave me information (when asked) about my existing furnace and AC and gave me projected costs for future options.

I am not positive of the date, but it was around that time. The toilet overflowed so we went to Angie's list to find a plumbing deal. We chose Lifetime and it was a really good choice. The plumber came out and found the problem was a blocked drain so he cleaned that out. He also replaced the flushing system on the top which had been leaking. He was prompt and very professional and took care not to damage our oak flooring. We were very pleased with the service and will use them again.

Service went very good, technician came and first performed the inspection, once that was completed he proceed to give an estimate, then he provided a initial estimate saying that it could be more if once the repair started he would find something else. Thankfully nothing else was found and technician proceeded to repair the gas leaks that were already detected by the gas company. He explained step by step everything he was doing and he was also very good explaining how our systems works and gave us very good recommendations on what to do to properly maintain our system.

This is honestly probably the first time I didn't feel as though I was being taken for a ride by a plumber. The plumber was very friendly and professional. After explaining the issue and letting him know that at some point in the upcoming months we would be doing a full kitchen remodel (so no sense in a large, expensive fix), he took a look at the sink drains. I was then provided with three different options for the how to address the problems, along with the associated pricing which was very helpful. He went through the pros and cons of each and I decided on the middle of the road option. I did have an Angie's List coupon which got me 20% off. The plumber did excellent work, cleaned up after himself, and managed to get both sinks back in working order within a very short time. It's now been 5 months and we are still leak free!

I purchased the big deal off Angie's list for a whole home bypass humidifer. When getting onsite my options were discussed as the unit on the deal was too small for the size of home. They were completely open and did not pressure to make the change. I did decide to upgrade and I don't regret it. The install was clean and efficient and has really helped improve the comfort level in my home.

We purchased a big deal on Angie's list for a whole house humidifier installation since our current humidifier was no longer working and the repair was too costly. The big deal was for a smaller and different type than we had, so we agreed on a price for a humidifier that matched what we currently have. Based on my research this was an extremely fair price for the product we received. The technician was prompt and explained everything that needed to be done. He explained the process and the time it would take to install the new humidifier. He ensured that it would work correctly with our current air system and showed me how everything worked and interacts with our heating system. He was extremely clean and respectful of my hardwood floors. The humidifier works perfectly and is already making a huge difference in our air quality and comfort level. Thank you!

John arrived on time and cleaned and inspected all components of our furnace. He checked the operation of the furnace and informed us that our unit is slightly oversized, causing the fan to be more noisy than normal. He also advised that we keep using the fiberglass furnace filters. John was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use Lifeline Plumbing for any future service.

Ray from Lifeline came out for first call around 9 am and was extremely thorough. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure I was informed of all the work done and gave me some maintenance tips too. The work is guaranteed for 1 year and he didn't leave until my questions were answers and I was satisfied. I enjoyed having him service our equipment and would have Ray/lifeline come to my home again and again.

Keith was great. We had called Lifeline to unclog our downstairs toilet, which was prone to clogging. Once Keith arrived, we discussed getting a new toilet since the old one had clogged three times already. Keith helped me pick out the best toilet for our needs. All went well. Thanks Lifeline!

Our Kitchen sink backed up. I called Lifeline and they sent out Ryan tried from both the sink end and the clean out in the basement. It was blocked through and through. Ryan explained that not only was it blocked but it had to joints that should not have been used. They created two sharp L turns which promotes clogging. The line was also not pitched downwards at all, it even sloped upwards in a spot, which also promotes stuff to sit and clog. The next day Sam and Cody came and replaced the entire line. They were awesome. I was worried about water mess in the basement but you wouldn't even know they were there. The line drains great, it is now pitched correctly and I do not have the L turns anymore. I have the correct S turns (my terminology) which promote flow. Thanks Lifeline!

Sam and Cody arrived on time. They took the old water heater out without any mess to my basement. The new one went in without a hitch. Sam replaced my old water valve (crank style) with the handle (new type). This is my terminology not probably the correct plumbing terminology but hopefully you get the gist. He also changed out the gas line coming into the water heater as the existing one was not to code. Everything went well and we are happy with our new water heater. I also had Sam change out our dishwasher drain. It had been pointed out by him when he did our kitchen sink line that it drained into our disposer and that wasn't optimal. He capped off the disposal and put the dishwasher drain line in the way it's supposed to go. As it turned out, the existing drain line literally fell off in his hand. Had I not had Lifeline out, I would have had a flood under my sink when it let go. As always, Lifeline did a great job, was very professional and is always there when I need them. Thanks Lifeline!

Went great would definitely recommend to others. Very professional and prompt. Purchased the system on Friday and John installed Monday morning. They are not just a plumbing service but also heating and air conditioning also. Serviced not only the furnace but will be coming back to service my air conditioner once it warms up.

They are fantastic. I got them from Angie's List. Basically, they are just awesome. They come within 24 hours. They always pick-up. It's really, really great. They are extremely professional. Their guys are all certified in everything. They always know what they are talking about. They do a wonderful job. They give you a lot of options and I feel I learned more. Overall, they're an A++. The price is definitely fair. I never thought I overpaid them. They always give me a deal. I would absolutely use them in the future. I've used them two or three times. I would recommend them. My mom uses them.

It went well. The technician arrived ahead of the scheduled window time. He quickly determined the cause of the problem. He had the replacement part in his van. He replaced it very quickly and answered all of my questions as well.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for a water heater flush and plumbing inspection. Sam called and told me when he would be arriving. He was on time. He found several things during his inspection. Several of the items I was aware were issues and several I wasn't aware of. Since Sam was there, I had him take care of several of the items on the list. One major item he found I will need to obtain other estimates due to the large cost of the repair. Overall, Sam was professional and helpful. I thought the price was a little expensive but part of that may be due to the fact that I hadn't planned on these repairs. But I now have drains that actually drain and a toilet that doesn't run if you forget to jiggle the handle.

Steve was fantastic. He came in and did a work around in a very difficult, tight area, so that my ceiling did not have to be cut. Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some ideas on how to prevent it from happening again and also some ideas on other areas in my house. He was also very friendly and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them for any future work.

Two gentleman arrived promptly within the time frame given. Sam and Anthony were polite and professional. They quoted me all my options and were more than understanding when I had questions or concerns about issues which weren't called about. I bought a deal for Lifeline to do HVAC work but ended up scheduling them for plumbing service since their reviews and ratings were so good. They offered an Angie's List discount even though there wasn't a deal for the service outing. Sam made sure to explain what was going to be done and showed me what he was doing during so I understood exactly what was going on. He also made sure to go over all the work completed and made sure it was done to my liking. Overall I had a great experience with Lifeline and would hire them again for service and more than likely request to have the duo of Sam and Anthony too.

It could not have gotten any better. Neat disconnect, and connect...Technician Steve Schneider walked me through everything from selection of product to how to use product (in case of power outage)..instructed me to call them when in doubt and they would me out in a snap or asap....have the unit checked yearly....Steve could not have been more pleasant if he were a member ..of the family in fact he was more friendly and pleasant.....any senior who needs Plumbing done I would recommend you calling Lifeline great company and I would suggest you ask for Steve Schneider great guy and I am sure a nice family man... he should get 7 gold stars for the week if not just for today maybe 10 for today.....YEAH!!!

We are pleased with the work done for us by Lifeline - specifically Brian (or Bryan?) who was our plumber on site. We were given an estimate in person, emails and phone calls in advance, notice of when the permit would be ready by our city, and plenty of detail and answers during the process. We wanted to replace our 1920s home's original water pipes, as they were rusting and made our tap water undrinkable. Lifeline was not the cheapest, but was a fair price. They understood the local codes and knew that we could install Pex piping, which was what we wanted. They also gave us information about the types of water filter systems we could install - and made recommendations based on our needs. Brian was friendly, considerate of our family and time, and worked alongside a few others to ensure the job was done properly. There was one mixup during the process, with the type of pex piping being used - but Brian quickly resolved the issue and made sure we were happy with the job done. We have had the work inspected by the local permit office and they found the work done to be professional and exact. Our water pressure is improved, the water itself is delicious, and the new laundry sink works perfectly. The sewer rodding was done quickly and the worker who took care of it gave us recommendations as well. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Sam and DJ came over today to look over my older sump pumps. They identified issues, educating me on them and explained all possible corrections from very robust ones to the most basic. They weren't pushy and didn't force a direction on a specific service, they just identified what could be improved with each option. After choosing services to be performed, they were quick and did good work. Through the process they were really friendly and continually informed me of progress. Overall, very happy with the work and would use them again.
