The appointment went really well. Evan was very thorough in testing everything and explained what he was finding in a way that was understandable. He was patient and had a lot of questions which showed me that he cared about finding the right solution to our problems instead of trying to fix it with a band-aid. He wore booties in the house so our floors wouldn't get dirty. He also explained a lot of stuff that that was going on in the basement that we needed to know that might go wrong in the future, which we definitely appreciated. We're not excited that we have more plumbing problems to take care of but we're glad to know before the worst case scenarios become reality. We'd recommend Lifeline Plumbing and more specifically Evan to come back and do the repairs done that we need in the basement soon.

1st tech showed up on time, helped diagnose the issue. They provided a same day service. made sure everything was cleaned up, explained the issues, provided a camera inside the pipes so i could see what was going on. Very professional

I don?t know where to start with describing how disappointed I am in Lifeline Plumbing. From the person who handles the calls, to their disrespectful technician, the mess they left in my garage, to the exorbitant price. I purchase a ? deal? it was no deal. They charged me $148.00 for cutting 12x4 whole in my drywall. The ?Deal? price was supposed to be $224, my final bill was $372. My first and last time I will ever use Angie List.

Corey arrived on time and called ahead of time to let me know his eta. He wore the booties to protect my floor/carpet which I always appreciate. He told me what it would cost to clear my shower drain ahead of time and we didn't run into any hitches, it was a simple rod and remove the hair clog. He cleaned up afterward. All in all, another great service visit from Lifeline Plumbing.

Evan was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and explained the problem and best options. I felt that I had an interested plumber with a lot of experience providing top notch service. A room addition led to some unexpected issues including difficult access. The Lifeline Plumber, Evan, was creative, efficient and skillful in solving the problems unique to this home. I am appreciated for their high quality service and will not hesitate to use them again.

The service technician was John Yelton of lifeline Plumbing heating & cooling. He called personally and set the schedule time, called 15 minutes before arrival and arrived at the specified time. Represented himself in a professional manner including introducing himself, a handshake, used foot wear protection to enter the home. informed me of what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Explained the condition of the HVAC upon completion of service, At my request, he took my information to supply a quote requested by myself for a possible system replacement. Exception service done in a very professional manner. AAA plus rating for the work

The old sump pump had a faulty switch and wouldn't turn off. Lifeline were able to schedule us in very quickly and after reviewing the issue provided us with a pretty wide range of solutions from a deluxe battery backup system, to simply replacing the switch. Each option was discussed thoroughly, and our contractor, Corey, was very quick and professional. Overall, a good experience.

These guys are great. Spoke to Scott in the morning and Ryan was out in the matter of 2 hours. Ryan was originally there for only a water heater flush, but I told him there was more things I would like him to look at and he was more than happy to go through them with me. Took him through the small list of items and he priced everything out before he started any work. Price was very competitive for the scope of work being done. Before I knew it, he had finished everything and showed me all the work he had completed. Friendly, efficient, and honest. I will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends and family.

The first trip was handled by my husband, who said that the gentlemen from Lifeline were nothing but professional and thorough explaining any situations that arose, including fixing some bad original work that could have caused us more problems down the road. The next evening, we discovered a water stain on our ceiling below where the shower was unclogged and gave Lifeline a call. They were happy to come out the next day and check it out, knowing that we were concerned that we had more problems. Upon inspection, there had been a long-term leak causing wood, plaster, and drywall to rot in our ceiling and it just happened to come through the paint after unclogging. The team at Lifeline again took the time to explain every detail and walk us through the problem and solutions. All of our Lifeline team members were very friendly and professional, and made sure we understood every step of the process. We would highly recommend them again.

I found Lifeline on Angie's List after my basement flooded with a foot of muddy water and my yard was covered in standing water for several days. I have had this problem before, and talked with many, many other plumbers, waterproofing companies, engineers, etc. about it. Evan at Lifeline was the first person in 12 years of searching that really understood the problem and had a solution. He spent several hours inside and outside analyzing the problem and coming up with a proposal. He didn't try and sell me drain tiles, or crawl space liners or anything that other well-advertised services have tried to convince me I needed to mask the issues. By re-routing my sump pump to an area that could absorb water and replacing a drainage culvert under the driveway, he was able to fix the actual problem, instead of just covering up the symptoms in my basement. Two days after installation was complete, there was a massive downpour. No water in the basement, no standing water in the front yard! Everything worked just as it was drawn up in the plan, and I'm ridiculously confident that I will not have further problems. But, even if something were to go wrong, I know that I could call, and Evan would be there asap to take care of it. I don't want to leave out John, who examined and replaced my furnace with a unit and smart thermostat that will work much better in my house. I already see a big difference in the climate - it cools more quickly, it heats more quickly, and I'm not always turning the heat up or down. Jamie was also fantastic at scheduling appointments, explaining timetables and understanding everything required. Everyone I've dealt with at Lifeline has been outstanding. Incredibly professional, thorough, understanding, sympathetic, easy to work with, skilled, and quality-focused. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding service done professionally. Lifeline Plumbing provided excellent customer support to do a series of repairs/installations to my home, which included, installation of a new kitchen, faucet, replace laundry room tub and install new faucet, re-build a shower valve control, repair a sink drain plunger and replace/install an new outdoor freeze faucet. The scheduling was done in advance, the installer arrive exactly at the time promised, the work was done very efficiently, neatly and with zero mess left behind. The installer "Brian Swenson" was personable, informative and extremely efficient. The home office support of Mike Dilallo was exceptional and very much directed at customer satisfaction with his follow through, scheduling and efforts to win my business. This is my second service use of Lifeline Plumbing services. Based on the excellence of their service and follow through I have now switched my HVAC service business to them. My best plumbing experience since retroactive to Illinois in 1999. Steve Schneider is the utmost professional - very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the processes in detail and answered my questions thoroughly. He also offered tips on future maintenance, checked for leaks and thoroughly cleaned-up when done. I definitely recommend Lifeline and would use again.

I'm updating this review because I tried contacting lifeline for some work they performed in May and never got a return call despite multiple attempts to get a technician to come out. The work that was done was not done properly and I have leaks now and still have a faucet that doesn't work right. Expensive and not professional.

Professional, knowledgeable & respectful

Steve was excellent. He walked me through every step of what he was doing it. He took the time to explain why the problems happened and how to prevent them in the future. Two of the three problems we had (the leak and one sink's pressure) were easy fixes. The third was a bigger job. He explained how it would be a flat rate and made sure I knew that exactly what I was paying and agreed to it before any work was started. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

Corey was a rockstar! It was a simple fix, and he was honest, solved the problem, and was on his way. He was well educated and updated me on some potential things to watch out for in the future for which he offered an estimate. He was courteous and professional and I would definitely call them again. A+!

Everything went smoothly. Tim was on time to provide a quote, and available the next day to do the job. Showed up on time and finished within his estimated schedule. Very professional and painless.

There were no problems, the guy told me what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. He did exactly what I expected him to do and did it very well.

Steve was able to schedule me very quickly and at a time when I could get someone to open the house for him. He was very thorough and professional. Besides installing the three faucets, he had to replace one valve under the basement lav on the hot side which broke. He also recommended I replace 5 more valves, since the existing valves are cheap and old. . Steve showed me where the main shut off was for the water, he checked for leaks before leaving and left the place immaculate. He also looked at my hose valve and estimated what it would cost to replace it. I called to make an appointment on Monday and spoke to a very friendly rep. She took my information and said they could get someone out as early as that afternoon, but it wasn't an emergency for me, and I preferred a time on the weekend. She said the earliest weekend time was this Sunday, so I scheduled an 8-9 AM window. Tim called on Sunday morning and said he'd be here very close to 9, based on his GPS driving estimate. He ended up getting here around 8:45. I explained the problem and showed him to the basement where he took a look at what needed to be done. After inspecting the area, he wrote up an estimate with 4 options, and explained each one in detail. I selected one of the 4 options and Tim got right to work, explaining things as he went, if I asked questions. Everything was done by around 10:15. I had also mentioned to Tim that we had some issues with drainage in the backyard, and he said he could take a look at that, too. After everything was done with the original job, he came around to the back and took a look at the situation. He explained to me what he thought they would do, again giving a few options. He's going to work up an estimate, and I hope we can have him back out to take care of that, as well. Overall, the experience was great. Tim was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Lifeline Plumbing.

It went well. Steve Schneider was here as promised , went straight to the work, got it all done, cleaned up the work areas and was pleasant to speak to. I also enjoyed talking to Mike to make the appointment, Cole to assess the job, and Jamie in the office to set up the appointment.

It went great. Cole came to my house on time. Called ahead and was very professional. Explained all that he was doing. Well worth the $45.00. I will use life line plumbing in the future because of the professionalism of the service.

I was disappointed. It was more my fault. I paid more then I wanted to. They were prompt and courteous.
