Joe P. came in and provided the installation for water heater, furnace and air conditioner. He is very thorough and would take the time that he needed to complete the job as it were his own house, to do it right without cutting corners or simplify things. The job was done right and everything is working fine. He and Anthony were very polite and easy to work with. Already shared Lifeline to few of my friends. Would use it again in the future.

The plumber was more interested and pushy and talked too much to get the better review and business,though he explained about the tankless water heater and my questions about the water softener systems and whole house water filter system,if my review is going to be confidential. He got the signature from me to flush out the water from the water heater,though it was added in the explanation about what are the features of services that I am going to get in the Big Deal price. In one of the His and Her master bathroom faucet,I am seeing the leakage of the water underneath the sink,he did not close tightly the emergency shut off screw valve

It turned out well. They did not charge me more than the big deal.

This company has great customer service. Our sump pump starting acting up at 10 PM and we called their 24-hour hotline. We spoke to the answering service which helped us make an appointment for the very next day. A staff member from the company actually called us back that night to speak personally with us. The following day, the service tech Evan arrived at our home on time. He was very friendly and professional. We appreciated him showing us our old pump and what was wrong, explaining all the options for new sump pumps and their features/pricing, and giving recommendations based on his professional opinion. He installed the new sump pump within 60-90 minutes as he indicated before starting the work. He also took the time afterwards to show us his work and explain every last thing he did. Evan seemed to genuinely enjoy his work and cared about making sure we were happy with everything. He took the time to answer any questions we had and never seemed rushed. We also appreciated the use of booties to cover his shoes while he walked in our house. We highly recommend Evan to work in your home!

Fantastic Service! Lifeline Plumbing Is a company that is first rate in professionalism. They have clean, uniformed technicians who are very polite and are well versed in all types of plumbing issues. Corey was our plumber and I was very impressed with how polite and professional he was. I had no idea how a sump pump was even supposed to function, and he took the time to explain it to me. He wrote up a list of options detailing the types of sump pumps that were available, their horsepower ratings and warranties. I appreciated haing the information written out, which allowed me to make an informed decision on what to purchase. He also gave me quotes on a battery backup system for my sump pump and quotes on a new water softener system. I didn't realize just how much damage my hard water was doing to my pipes and fixtures, and I'm glad Corey explained that to me. While he was at my home, I remembered that I was having a problem with a leaky tub spout/shower diverter. He was able to replace that for me as well. This was a truly great experience. Corey handled it smoothly and efficiently. I'd like to mention that Corey's handwriting is very clear, which is a real bonus because it is easy to look over the quotes he wrote and have no trouble understanding it. (In the past, I have had tradesmen from other companies just scribble some numbers on a scrap of paper, and it ended up being impossible to decipher later.) Lifeline Plumbing does business the *right* way! It is a wonderful company to do business with. This is the company to go with, for professionalism, quality work, reasonable prices. The also provide a warranty on the work they do, which offers additional peace of mind.

It went well. We had mike come out and he cleared out all of our lines. They were fast, professional, and very courteous.

I am very pleased with the work done at my home by Lifeline. Tim is on time and on task and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with his work. I will definitely use Lifeline for any future plumbing concerns.

Steve is the most amazing plumber. He said he could do the whole job immediately. Thank God because we were supposed to move in two days later. He was extremely friendly, informative, and gave us a fair deal. We will definitely be calling him as our go-to plumber. I'm so grateful we found a trustworthy person. It's so hard to find a service provider who is trustworthy these days.

Decided to go to a competitor rather than pay for an estimate.

Steve came out and took a look at our problem (after replacing hot water heater the shower and sink in one of our bathrooms was not working). He came up with a plan of action and fortunately the first steps of replacing the valve and flushing the sink worked. He also provided a quote for a filtration system and repiping in our basement. He was very thorough and professional.

John came to give me the estimate for the boiler and the mini split system. We agreed on the price and set the date. The crew showed up on time one crew to do the boiler and one to do the mini split. All of the work was completed that day. everything was cleaned up nicely.

He did a great job!! On time, courteous and left the area clean and free of any evidence that he was even there. It was a big (and gross) job and he did it very well and on budget.

Evan came over 6/3/15 to examine our faucet in the garage to see why it constantly leaks. He and Anthony came out 2 days later to install a new hose faucet from inside our basement.. They did a wonderful job! They were both so friendly and courteous. (Evan even offered to bring in our empty trash cans after the garbage truck went by!) They never entered our house without shoe covers on. Evan went over every detail regarding what was all done. The job was done in no time. When they were finished, Evan went over the cost carefully on the invoice so I knew all the details regarding the charge. He was happy to answer any questions that I had. There are no leaks in our garage now. They did a superb job! I will definitely call them again in the future if I have anymore plumbing jobs.

The technician was very polite and punctual. He clearly explained pricing for various services they provide. I would definitely recommend their service.

I called lifeline for a broken water heater. Ryan came in within a couple hours and replaced the broken part. He was very nice and finished the work quickly. Now we have hot water :) We will definitely call lifeline again in future.

Steve came out one evening after work to give me a quote. We discussed everything listed above with the only difference being that I decided to replace the toilet in the master bedroom instead of fixing it. Steve gave me the quote and we made an appointment for the next week to have everything completed. Some of the items had to be ordered. Much to my surprise, Steve was able to fix the cold water going into the bathtub that night which was wonderful as my grandchildren were coming to visit that weekend. It was on my list as a top priority. All of the other items were completed as scheduled and work was excellent. Steve is very knowable and professional. All areas were cleaned up. I would call Lifeline again for any plumbing issue in the future.

Corey was great. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time going over the whole-house check up results and educating me on what needed to happen in my house. He knows his stuff! A great company to work with.

What can I say, Lifeline did it again. Complete satisfaction. I called in the morning regarding a blocked utility sink in the basement. I explained to the receptionist (?) my current situation, home inspection for potential sale was to occur at 3:00 PM. Lifeline responded like I thought they would, got right on it. Mike the service manager got right back to me and indicated he'd do everything he could to meet my tight schedule. Sure enough, Mike and Anthony from Lifeline were there in a couple of hours, performed the work, were cleaned up and out by the time the inspection appointment was to occur. Hats off to Anthony and especially Mike for making this happen for my family. They got us out of a real jam. 2nd time now I've used Lifeline, glad I saved them in my favorites as far as contractors go. Well done gents, thanks Mike and Anthony.

I had a great experience with the plumber from Lifeline today. Lifeline responded to my call about a leaking water heater very quickly and sent someone out this morning just a few hours after I had called. Steve S was the plumber and he provided us with excellent service. He was very knowledgeable about the water heaters and showed me where our old one was leaking. He took the time to explain all of my options with me and was patient in answering my questions. When he did the work, he very carefully moved items that were in the way and placed them neatly in a different spot. He also cleaned up the area very well when he was finished, which I appreciated it. We used Lifeline a few months ago to replace our other hot water heater and we will use them again in the future!

The decdison was made to replace my sump pump and back up along with battery back up. Sam did not force me to purchase any product or service I did not want or need and helped me to choose the right products for my immediate need. Both Sam and Cody were very professional, and respectful of me and my home. They were neat and clean and did a marvelous job of installing my sump pump. Thanks Sam D'Amato and Cody! I will certainly recommend you and Lifeline to anyone who needs a plumber.

The part costs $15 at the store. That means the labor for 30 minutes costs $265. With the Angies list discount, the total was $224, but even then, that's still $209 for 30 minutes of labor. That's ridiculous! The service people are very nice, which led me to use them multiple times in the past, but now that I know that I am being ripped off, I will probably not use them again. I am very disappointed. I thought I had found a trustworthy plumber.

Steve came on an emergency call, as I had to shut off my water to keep the water softener from spurting and pouring water around my basement. Steve arrived quickly and was very professional the entire time. He was able to identify a problem with the softener (that a technician from a different company, that did the original installation, either ignored or misidentified). Steve was able to at least provide a temporary solution to allow us to use our water again and provide me time to find a more permanent solution to the water softener. (Which may very well involve Steve and Lifeline again, thanks to their excellent service.)
