Sam called the morning of the appointment to let us know he'd be there in an hour. Showed up on time and although the replacement was in tight quarters, he had the job finished in an hour. Sam was very professional and courteous - even made our six-month old smile. I'd definitely recommend Lifeline Plumbing.

We came home to a flooded basement and a broken central air unit and furnace. The young lady that I spoke with at Lifeline was very helpful and very nice. (I think her name was Jenny). Everyone that we came into contact with from Lifeline related to this repair was very professional and did a great job (even Cory, who showed up first because they thought we had indicated that we had a plumbing problem). Joe came to our house the same afternoon we called Lifeline and assessed the problem. He was very nice and professional and did a great job of explaining the problem to us and giving us options. After spending time and discussing the issue with Joe, we set up a date to have the new central air unit and furnace installed. We were given a good price on both units and we felt that Joe was very open and honest throughout the whole process. Additionally, since Lifeline was unable to do the installation for 3-days, Joe helped find us solutions to get us through the hot weather until the repair/installation could be completed. The day of the installation, we met Joe's assistant, Anthony who also was very professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. Great job Anthony! Also, we felt that Joe was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the entire situation (he went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable before, during and after the repair/installation was done) and his professional attitude helped to make a bad situation much easier to deal with. Keep up the good work Joe. We were very, very pleased with the work done by Joe and Anthony and would definitely recommend Lifeline to all of our friends and neighbors.

Bought three coupons for a checkup on the two units for our home and one unit on our rental property. A week before they were scheduled to come out, our first floor unit stopped cooling. I called on the weekend and they were able to squeeze us in early. John came on time, and thoroughly reviewed both our systems. He identified the failed part (contactor) on our first floor unit and replaced the part with one he had on the truck. He also diagnosed that our system was oversized for the square footage of our home which would lead to the house cooling too fast before humidity was taken out, leading to a "cold clammy" feeling. That was an issue we've had for years, but we never mentioned it to John thinking is was just the way it was. He said we could replace (downsize) the unit or put in a whole house de-humidifier. We ended up putting in the de-humidifier for about half the cost of a new condenser unit. Despite a pretty tight space, he made it fit and work. John was very knowledgeable about different systems, their reliability, history, affordability and the interaction of the various system elements to make it most efficient and Lifeline may not be the cheapest, but they will do it right and on time and provide the best value over time. They are our "go -to" for HVAC and plumbing needs.

I recently had some water build-up in my basement and was concerned that there might be a problem with the sump pump. Sam from LIFELINE PLUMBING came to my home to inspect the sump pump. He assured me that the sump pump is working fine. He did advise me to get a new battery next year as my sump pump battery has a life expectancy of 3 years & was installed in 2013. Sam was very professional & helpful.

Starting from the get go Lifeline Plumbing was easy to work with. Scheduling was easy, and they had prompt availability. Evan came on site and completed the inspection and the water heater flush. He was incredibly through and took the time to review everything he found with us, proving a detailed repair cost for each item. Most helpful though is that he prioritized the repairs based on urgency (nothing was critical in our case) giving us good guidance as we budget for repairs. We'll definitely use lifeline again.

Showed up on time. Performed high quality work. Fixed a problem with the drain at no additional charge. Provided a great explanation of what he did and a good assessment of our equipment. Would use them again.

Corey thoroughly checked out my water softener and after seeing the readout of my Error Codes which indicated NO ERRORS had occurred, he suggested that possibly there had just been an inordinate amount of residue that had to be cleared out of the chamber that particular night that it ran for about 3 hours. He educated me on the operation of the water softener and mentioned a couple of things that I could do, including how much salt should be in the softener at any one time. He also talked about options of further improving the quality of my water. He asked if there was anything else that I had questions about regarding my plumbing. He was professional, competent, informative, and I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues I may have. Also, the most impressive part of it all was that Corey felt since he did not service anything - he waived the service call fee. What a company!

Discovered a leak on Saturday in the pm and then went looking for an emergency heating/plumber willing to come out the night before the blizzard. One said he was too tired and others never called back. Lifeline told us they were not available initially due to being at another larger job, but we got a call back that one tech could leave and come to us at 10pm. We are so grateful for this. He had just enough supplies on his truck that allowed him to put a bypass in that allowed us to turn on the main heat and prevent any pipes from freezing. He researched the system, presented options and fixed the system. He was professional and very helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sam D'Amato was very prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. He carefully explained what the problem was and the options for repair. The repair was completed quickly and he was on his way. We would definitely call Lifeline and request Sam again.

Corey was friendlly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all options available. After we made our selection, he performed the work in less than an hour. We also told him we were members of Angies List and received a discount. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing work. We highly recommend Lifeline Plumbing!

the flush could not be performed because as a result of being on the 3rd floor - there was not a place to drain the water to. My condo unit was build (1970's) and the hot water tank was not connected to a place where the water could be drained. I was told about a remedy but decided not to pursue it. Some months later the hot water tank burst and I called the same vendor who put in a hot water tank and connected it to a place where it could drain in the future.

They called, set up an appointment, they showed up on time. Everything worked out fine with them. They were were early to show up. I would tell a friend that they are a good service. He told me what was good and what was wrong and that is what I wanted him to do. He didn't pressure us to do anything.

I called early on 7/13 because my A/C was running and not really keeping the house cool. They were able to send a tech out by 9AM. John was great, very thorough and explained everything in detail. The A/C compressor needs replacing and/or the unit. He gave his card and contact information if I had further questions about replacing AC/ Furnace. There was no pressure and he wrote the quote for me to review. He also gave pamphlets to look at. They use Armstrong products and I'm not sure that is the product I want to use, otherwise I very much recommend them.

Joe P was a great technician explaining clearly what was happening at each step of the process. His attention to detail made me feel he really cared about his job and ensuring customer satisfaction. The only criticism I have is the freon needed was 1.5 lbs but Lifeline rounds up and charges you for 2 lbs of freon as well as a $79 calibration charge. I've experienced this before with another company and I could understand if you freon comes in 1 lb packages and you can't use it elsewhere, but noone has ever been clear about that with me. If a contractor can take that 1/2 pound and use it elsewhere I feel it would be unfair to charge me for that 1/2 lb and someone else. I've given the benefit of the doubt here and rated an A on pricing as the rest of the pricing was fair for the service level provided by Joe.

I got new siding and a worker accidentally hammered a nail through our drainage pipe on the first level. The siding guys removed the siding, installation, and wood from a 4x4 area. Lifeline plumbing cut out about a 4 foot area of pvc pipe, including an elbow and a y pipe, and then replaced everything. Lifeline's total work time was less than an hour. Then the siding guys put back up the wood, installation, and siding. The best part was that Lifeline came out on the same day that I called them. This was my first experience with them and I would definitely use them again.

Mike arrived promptly within the specified window (8-9am) and explained what he would accomplish for the task requested. He also checked toilets, showers, etc and pointed out any items that might need service at some future date. We were very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism and would not hesitate to use the services of Lifeline in the future.

Very well. Joe came out and did a complete inspection. This is the second time we used Lifeline plumbing heating and cooling. Joe like Cole was very prompt professional and easy to work with. He called when he was on his way and called again to tell me he was running late due to construction delays. This company is what I expect when I call for service. Common courtesty, which we all should expect and nothing less. I am happy to give them a positive review because they deserve and earned it.

Corey was our technician and he did a great job. He was very thorough and took time to explain his findings to me and what would need to be taken care of to avoid a plumbing problem in the future. This plumbing inspection is very well worth the minimal cost. We have been in our house for 30 years and didn't realize that some of our valves no longer worked. Also, corrosion due to hard water was affecting our pipes and fixtures. Corey provided us with a full written checklist, outlining what needs to be taken care of. There was no sales pressure, though, which I appreciated very much. Corey also mentioned that financing is available. I am very glad that Lifeline offered this service. This is the second time we have used them and their service is top notch. Corey is a great technician because he is so through and he takes the time to explain how things work. We are very pleased with Lifeline and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Best money spent! As well as a great company to do business with. I have used Lifeline in the past and the previous work was outstanding. Which brought me right back to them for this job . Our Problem was basement flooding Isolated to a lower stairwell that happened after a Very Heavy rainfall $39 dollar evaluation which took approximately 3 hours to complete was well worth it. Steve was able to determine the outside drain Most likely went nowhere and this was the problem for our flooding. Steve S. came up with 2 solutions, we chose the least expensive. A new sump pit was dug in our laundry room and a new drain line installed to replace the existing outside drain, that after trenching by Steve and Cody was confirmed it basically went nowhere.. A trench line was bedded with stone and new concrete replaced.. All "spoil" old dirt was removed from the premise. In addition a new draining system for the washing machine was installed. The overall job took 2 and 1/2 days.. Steve and Cody ran into an issue the first day. 2 feet of concrete to bust through which was not anticipated and took extra time to get through. The second day went smoother for Steve and Tim Jr. Concrete and drain line work inside our house was outstanding. All the old dirt was removed from the house as well. This was a pretty messy job, Steve, Cody and Tim Jr. cleaned up the area very nicely. Pump tested out nicely, but with rain on the way. The outside concrete work was put on hold for a day. Steve came back on the last day, installed the washer and dryer and finished the outside concrete work for the stairwell. He tested the new standpipe for the washer and all was good. I want thank Steve, Cody and Tim Jr. for their promptness, professionalism and work ethic.

Everything went great! They were punctual and courteous. Didnt try to sell us on anything. Would use again in a second!

Joe does outstanding work and I would HIGHLY recommend him if you have HVAC needs. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning well. I was very impressed that upon entering my home he immediately put on booties. This is something every service company should require. I just purchased my home and didn't know much about my units, and Joe explained in detail what maintenance and service would be needed moving forward. He did a very thorough cleaning and took pictures of the before and after work that he performed. Most importantly Joe was honest with me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe and Lifeline and when the time comes to replace my unit with more efficient one I will definitely call Lifeline.

I would recommend Lifeline in a heartbeat. The cost is a bit expensive, but the quality and peace-of-mind is outstanding. The last thing I want to mess with is water and plumbing. Evan showed up on time. First asked my concerns and then did a walk-around with me. He then proceeded to go over all the plumbing in the house with a fine-toothed comb. When he was done he provided me a prioritized list of issues and costs to correct them with different options for pump and water heater quality. He was upfront on what he couldn't do, and even reviewed the paperwork on a previous water filtration system installation and highlighted the warranty that I should still pursue with the original provider. I picked around half the items, and Evan was able to start and finish the work on the same day. He reviewed the finished products with me and highlighted the corrosion that had now been replaced. All-in-all an excellent experience.
