Inspection was very thorough but the price they quote to fix is unreasonable.

Ryan Boesche and Jon Isacson from Lifeline came to do work around the install of a new water heater. They communicated well and arrived promptly on the agreed time. They installed the new water heater and did what needed to be done all the while keeping their work space and any dirt and debris to a minimum. Both men were very professional and courteous. We were grateful to see that they respected not only our time but our property as well. In the future, we plan to use this company again.

Promptly got response from purchase of "Big Deal" Called to set appointment. Day of appointment Joe P. the service tech, called to say he was stuck in traffic, stated his GPS said it would take over an hour to get to my home. I really appreciated the fact that he was conscientious enough to call me to advise me of the delay. When he arrived he was very friendly, courteous and apologetic for the delay. Cleaned and check furnace, also checked my CO2 monitor which was plugged in by the furnace. Explained everything he did. Joe is a professional!

It went well. Joe was running a little late and called to make sure it was ok to come. He explained things to me and did not try to sell me anything I did not know. I felt he was honest and would use him and his company again.

The plumber, Robert, showed up on time and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was a bit more that I was hoping to spend, but I can't complain about the end-results. Robert left the work area clean. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumbing company they can trust to do a good job.

Steve, the gentleman who came out was super professional. He explained everything to me and where the link was located gave me the options and we decided to do the work. The installation was 3 hours, he had Anthony help him and he was as professional as Steve. They hauled away the old unit, then told me what to expect as the water heater started to cycle and was on his way. From the first phone call to Lifeline to Steve coming to our house everything was very professional and would HIGHLY recommend their services.

Service tech Joe Palumbo did an excellent job. I don't think I have ever had a yearly furnace cleaning and checkup as good as the superior job Joe did today. He found areas of the furnace and blower that had been missed by previous technicians from other companies. And finally, he made sure my Aprilaire humidifier on the furnace was working properly. That was a particular concern of mine. I would highly recommend Lifeline Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to anyone.

very polite, very responsive and communicated well. The job was well done and they were very kind to move things around to make it to our home with a leaking sewer pipe from the toilet. THey had to get creative to secure it for an older cast iron.

Everyone I dealt with from the person doing the scheduling to the technician coming out to do the work were friendly. He was on time and efficient with completing the work around an hour. There were no surprises to the HVAC system check up and he provided some good advice. The reason I gave the experience overall as fair because he work caused gouges on top of the compressor. With the A/C tune up done I went back outside to cover-up the compressor for the season. I noticed that there were multiple gouges on the top part of the compressor both inside and outside on a unit that is two years old. This really ruined an otherwise very positive experience with the company.

I was impressed how courteous J. Palumbo was. He explained what he checking for and was efficient and tidy. I would use this company again.

Joe P. came out and cleaned and inspected my furnace. He checked to make sure everything was safe. I was impressed at how professional he was. I was very happy the cost was as expected with no hidden surprises. I plan on calling them back to clean and inspect my air conditioner next spring.

Could not have gone better! Joe arrived in the time established. He was exceptionally nice and very professional. He explained what he would be doing and answered all of my questions regarding the workings of the furnace. Lifeline provided me with a free estimate before we purchased our home and I contacted them once our purchase went through. I had multiple quotes and went with Lifeline. When I called to schedule the installation, they were able to get me on the calendar for the next day to walk through the project and the actual installation the following day. The team showed up right on time, walked me through everything, asked some questions and answered all of mine. The entire installation team was very professional and courteous during the whole installation. They were happy to answer my questions about radiator maintenance and assured me they would come right out if I have any issues down the road. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

The technician was professional and cleaned the water tank. I did not get a report so I don't believe there was a plumbing check as listed in the coupon. When we turned the various faucets on there was black soot coming out. In addition he did not come up and check the various gas lines, toilets and hose bibs.

It was a general inspection of the sump pump. He then wrote up proposals of replacing everything. I felt like it was not helpful, but maybe I should have expected that as it was just an "inspection".

Steve from Lifeline assessed the health of my ejector and sump pumps. He told me that the ejector pump was fairly new and the sump pump will most likely need to be replaced in 2 years. He did an amp draw on the sump which was an indicator that the pump will go out around two years from now. He was very professional and personable.

The completed sump pump system he suggested is good. The quote is really high. Searched website the same system will cost $1700, he will charge me $3750 including labor and warranty. Feel a bit high for labor charge.

The service was fantastic. The employee's name was Joe and he was very professional and did a great job in a short amount of time. I felt he was very thorough. He wasn't pushy at all and explained what he was doing. Overall - great company and request Joe if you call.

It went great! They came out really quickly on a saturday night for an emergency call. He was thorough and and fixed a couple little things on the side without us asking which made us very happy with that.

Everything went well. Sam is also a certified state plumbing inspector so he really knew his business. There was one minor situation that was resolved quickly.

Evan did a good job and was very professional. He put on booties as soon as he entered the house. He provided me clear, up front pricing. Lifeline does not charge extra for working on the weekend, but they do charge a dispatch fee. Once he started working on the toilet, he showed me the cause of the leak, and got my permission to repair the supply value as well. He finished the toilet and then completed the back yard spigot.

I came home from work to find the water heater in our new home (built sometime in early 70's) had leaked everywhere...it was time for the 20 year old machine to be removed and replaced. Lifeline was prompt in having someone out to our home the very next morning. Joe showed up and got right to work. We ran into some issues in removing the Water Heater because it was filled with sediment from prior owners never flushing it. It was also located in a very tight space with required Joe call in another set of hands to help him get the old heater out and put the new one in. Meanwhile, Joe cleaned and inspected our furnace (I paid for the $49 coupon on Angie's). 4 hours later, the job was done. Both Joe and Rob were extremely courteous and very helpful. Rob took some extra time to talk to me about some issues we have been having with our washer, and even tightened up a faucet handle we had not gotten around to. On top of all of this, the guys cleaned up the space where they worked! Good work for the money. Wish they were closer in proximity to our home (Darien). But, we will definitely use these guys again.
