A complete description is impossible because they arrived an hour prior to the scheduled time. I wasn't present during their visit and have no idea if the job was done well or not. (spouse was present but did not expect them and didn't pay attention to what was done). The deal for $39 included a full inspection and cleaning, their invoice indicates that they performed the work, and I have no reason to believe that the work was not done.

The provider inspected the sump pump from outside and explained the voltage levels and when it is due to replace. The technician gave the estimate to replace sump pump and battery backup options. I felt the cost was expensive so didn't care to go with the battery backup.

Dennis, the technician who came out, was very professional and thorough in checkup of our furnace. Since we recently had chimney repair I wanted to be sure nothing was compromised regarding drafting of fumes. He informed me that he had already completed that testing and everything was working fine. He pointed out various items that would need attention; either monitoring for changes or having repairs done at a convenient time. I will monitor for now. He was knowledgeable of code requirements and discussed everything in terms of meeting code. He showed up in time window promised and was done in a reasonable amount of time.
