Brent B & Kevin came out to look at a small leak and inspect for others. They did a great job on the repair and found one o my toilets was leaking as well! They were through, efficient, polite & professional.

The service provided by Lifeline employee Michael was extremely efficient and competent. He discussed options regarding replacement options and completed all work in less than three hours.

They came and didn't do proper job and instead caused unnecessary confusion. It was supposed to be a free service but they charged me $89.95 after giving me incorrect assessment and causing panic saying that nothing is working. They didn't even spend 15 minutes time for the amount of money they charged. I called back to complain and they didn't even listen to me. I will never hire them again.

Mike was phenomenal, truly an amazing plumber!!! A top notch professional that walked my family and myself through a water heater replacement, we were worried about the cost but Mike walked us through step by step of the process and helped our family more that I can say in words. I've had Lifeline Plumbing in my home a few times over the years, and have always been very satisfied with their work, and professionalism. Mike, thank you again; we appreciate your hard work! Inspection went ok but repair cost suggestion was high

I had an appointment with Lifeline to come out to see if they could tell if I had a leak, as I had some water damage in the house I just purchased. Then we noticed the crawlspace was flooded, and a toilet was leaking. The plumber who came out was great. He was there to take care of me, not rush out to another job. He couldn't find a leak. But he suggested that I call a water damage company. He actually made the call and waited for them to arrive so he could be there while they were there. He looked at my toilet, and replaced the sump pump. Great customer service!

Not well. They didn't even show up. The inspection was scheduled on a Saturday. We waited all day before they called and rescheduled for Sunday. The next day, they call and reschedule again to the next Saturday. Next Saturday comes, we wait all day, with 2 to 3 calls to the office to find out where they are, and they don't show. I call one last time and give them 20 minutes to show. They don't, so I cancel the appointment and schedule a different company to do the inspection. Apparently, this company believes that the customer's time is not important and we should work on their time. If they want my money, they are going to work on my schedule, not theirs. If they don't have enough people to meet their commitments, then they should hire more plumbers rather than stiffing their customer.

They are very reliable and I have used them for several years.

Sam did an outstanding job of explaining the work to be completed, in addition to being prompt and friendly with his service. We're a Lifeclub member, and highly recommend this peace-of-mind "insurance" for the annual HVAC and plumbing inspections plus discounts on work, and Lifeline in general!

Said they needed to order fittings since I have pex piping (which they had themselves installed a couple years ago). Two weeks went by, I called. Parts were never ordered. Said they'd get them ordered and get back to me right away. Never happened. Never heard from them. It's disappointing as I've used them in the past and they were always really good but they've gotten real impersonal. Trying to sell my house and this is holding me up. Finding a new plumber.

I am very pleased with the great customer service I received from Mike D. at Lifeline Plumbing for the replacement of my 16 year old water heater. Mike had a great personable, upbeat personality, a great attitude, and with his 18 years of experience, he was confident as well. When going over my options, he was patient, not pushy. He made sure I was confident with my decision. I felt comfortable with him and I also trusted him. He was professional, fast, and efficient. I would highly recommend Mike for your needs as well. I know you will be very happy with his service.

They did the tuneup on December 14, 2017 and our furnace failed in February or March (We were out of town for 2 months so we don't know when it failed.) The new company that came to repair it said that the drain box had not been properly cleaned out and so the inducer motor burned out and we had to replace it for a cost of $700. I called Lifeline Plumbing about it and they said that there was nothing that they could do about it, since we didn't call him back first about the problem. This is the second time we have used them, and I notice that there was a minor issue the first time that they came as well, so we do not plan to use their services again.

Sam D'Amato did a very thorough evaluation of our house plumbing system. He replaced our backup battery on the sump pump. Other recommendations were made and will be addressed on our end as well. One extra step he took was to evaluate our stove for gas leaks. Checked the stove as well as all supply lines. Unexpected but very much appreciated.

Sam was great. As all of the plumbers from Lifeline have been, Sam was on time, super professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed, reset and tuned up our water softener. An A+ professional. Will add Sam to my request list when I call Lifeline. This is at least the fifth time I have used them and never had a single issue. Each professional, including Sam today, do great work and provide peace of mind.

They did an excellent job. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Everything went really well. We love this place. Recommended.

Technician did not seem well versed on different questions I had such as longevity of heater, wireless thermostats and why he blew the circuit when working on the furnace. When I restarted the circuit, he just closed the outlet box and said not to touch it.

I was in a "desperate" situation because that morning I found water in my basement and a non-functioning sump pump. Lifeline was able to come out within a few hours and Brent and Anthony called to give me an estimated time of arrival (they arrived earlier than predicted). They inspected the existing unit, explained the problem and gave me several options to replace it and the pricing involved. They worked efficiently and left the area in good order. They were both extremely pleasant and helpful with all the questions I had. I would definitely hire Lifeline again for any plumbing needs I had, especially if Brent and Anthony were available to do the work.

My heat went out over the weekend. I had called a different company to come service my furnace Monday. Around 12:30pm I found out they wouldn't be able to make the appointment or get me on the schedule for 2 more days. I called Lifeline, since they had done maintenance on the unit previously. They immediately got me on the schedule and came at 2:20pm. Chris showed up. Super friendly and experienced. He figured out the issue in minutes and had the part on the truck. I ended up joining their yearly club for my two HVAC units because they waived the service charge for coming out today, gave me a discount on the part, and I plan to have my units serviced twice a year. It also covers no charge for service calls on plumbing. Highly recommend Lifeline and Chris!

Their service people are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They did not pressure us to upgrade offered services.

We had a furnace emergency and Chris S. from lifeline came over. Very detailed and thorough and had our furnace up and running fast, did a great job.

Wonderful. From initial appointment with Travis who came out and assed our furnace and to the two guys Bob & John who came out on Good Friday to install it everything from Lifetime couldnt have been better. Great company super honest and very affordable. Travis, John, and Bob saved Easter 2018!!!!

My wife and I can honestly not be more grateful for the amazing team at Lifeline Plumbing. I'm sincerely trying not to over do our praises, because people will assume we were paid or related to the company, which is NOT the case, I promise! But they have served us so well, I had to share our experience. After purchasing our new home last year, we had several plumbers come to give us quotes on replacing our current water heater. It wasn't your typical replacement as we had one high efficiency dual purpose unit that would serve our domestic water needs, as well as the heated floors. We were interested in basically re-piping our entire system with a tankless system for the home, and a power vented conventional unit for the floors. One of the major companies, whose trucks we see driving all over town, wouldn't even call us back??? How could you not call customers back on a job worth several thousand dollars? I emailed several times, texted, and even called the most senior manager, and still no return call? Well, I'm not going to beg someone to take my money, so we moved on. After searching for a company with good reviews on Google & Angie's, we discovered Lifeline and met Chris. Chris was not like the other people we had in our home, he was personable without being fake, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushing us to make a decision on the spot. As a matter of fact, he even scheduled the quote around my day off, so that my wife and I could both be there, and he even brought one of the managers (Dennis) along too, just to make sure all our questions were answered. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and we decided to move forward. On install day, the crew that did our installation (Bob, Guillermo, & Juan), were just awesome! They were punctual, courteous, and best of all, knew what they were doing! One of the best things about Lifeline Plumbing is their maintenance program membership. It was a no-brainer! There is too much stuff to list, so maybe just check out their website...the important thing to note is that we have used our membership several times, have received same day service EVERY TIME, and have never had to pay for service charges or tune ups. So today we had our free plumbing check and met Phil. Phil is a master plumber (which is pretty rare!), and literally one of the nicest guys ever! Between him and Chris, we would love for Lifeline to expand into all other facets of home care lol! If you need some plumbing or HVAC work, please give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
