I opted to have a new sump pump installed since the one I had was cheap and probably ready to fail. The technician did the installation and replaced the battery and made sure the installation was up to code. He also did a courtesy check of my hot water heater and ejector systems. Sam was very thorough and explained every part of the process.

Replaced pvc for my kitchen sink. He said he didn't have a price code for replacement of pea trap so he charged me $156

Brent B and Anthony were prompt, professional, and quick. The work site was clean and they left no trace of their presence beyond a new water heater. I'll use them for my next project.

Great. Pump broke Sunday night. I called and they had someone there Monday night. Showed up on time. Worked quickly.

Plumbers have been vilified in some circles and I am always hesitant to call one. Lifeline was rated rather high and the reviews were impressive so I took a chance. Spoke to a friendly gentleman when setting up the appointment. Sam, our plumber, was very professional and punctual. He was knowledgeable and informative. Courteous and friendly and prepared. Job was done well and in a timely manner. I would highly this company and also Sam, the plumber.

It was great. I got them off Angie's List and they did a good job. They responded. I liked the fact that he inspected the unit and he gave me a report that made sense, the price was decent, he was courteous, and he showed up on time.

It went excellently. He arrived on time, was very professional., answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond replacing parts of the pipework that was no longer up to code. He did a .great job installing the toilets. He did it a a very timely manner. I was impressed in the quality and amount of time it took him. I will definitely have all my plumbing work done by Lifeline Plumbing and Mike from now on.

Lifeline was very helpful. They were late but called ahead to tell me that they were going to late. They gave me estimates for each issue and were upfront about the costs.

Bigger job than originally anticipated, but Brent and Anthony were great. Extremely polite and professional. I appreciated that they wore booties in my home and left the work area clean. Very impressed!

Good. They showed up on time. First visit did not solve problem but second time Sam came and was able to fix the situation. He also asked if we had any other issues and upon speaking it through we decided to replace washer hoses. Overall it was a good experience.

Chris was unbelievably knowledgeable and showed me how to check my AC unit. He took his time explaining everything and did a great job. He was very thorough. He then gave me a list of what needs to be done with the AC unit by next year.

Had two issues. 7 year old Home Depot water heaterwarranteeed for 8 years failed after 7. Lifeline came out looked at situation and ordered a new short form heater. Installed two days later. Discussed tankless and was tempting but we have never run out of hot water and price is still pretty high. Then after plumber left discovered water pressure was low in mater bath. Figured clogged aerator. Tried to removed and crumbled in hand with threads still in place. called to have new faucet installed. Tow days later Tim and Tim from Lifeline showed up with new faucet. Installation was tough on a 38 year old sink and faucet that definitely needed replacement. Both guys did great job in tight area under vanity.

Brent and Anthony (the apprentice) came out to fix the toilet. They were very polite, wore booties over their shoes, and got to fixing the problem. Brent quickly diagnosed that the toilet needed a toilet closet collar inspection, as long as the collar is in good condition, he can install new bolts. I'm grateful to find an honest, helpful, and competent plumber. I would recommend these guys for sure! We will definitely be using them again...

I bought Angies list deal for servicing my two AC units. They were scheduled to come between 10:00am-1:00pm. Service person showed up at 3:00 pm. It seems like they want to give this deal to find problems instead of servicing. He just took my water Hose and sprayed my ac unit. When I looked It did not anything clean to me. They charged me $372 for 3lb R22 freons. He replaced my furnace filters though it was pretty new. I replaced it few weeks back. He did not even ask me. He spend more time writing the invoice than servicing my ac unit.

The garbage disposal unit was not only dead; it and the dishwasher were improperly plumbed according to Illinois code. Sam gave us a clear explanation of the costs of replacement and did the work quickly and competently. New disposal unit is working fine, and the sink and the dishwasher are now draining the way they're supposed to. Very happy with his work.
