Description of Work: We have a family run home renovation company and have partnered with Lifeline Plumbing on our last two houses. Their people, knowledge, work ethic and overall professionalism could not be better. Water heater replacement; pipe leaks in a foreclosed house that the bank turned off the heat in during the winter, bath tub and water control valve installation; gas supply moves; if it was plumbing, they did it. Lifeline's prices are a little higher, but our experience with prior plumbing companies shows us we got more than we paid for from Lifeline. They will be our plumbing partner on future home renovations.

Description of Work: on 03/10/13, I made appointment with Tyler Diciolle to inspect sub-pump on 03/25/13....in between that time my sub-pump stopped working and i had to have a total replacememt immedialty...called local guy from my church and he insalled new watchdog pump....

Description of Work: Purchased a $99 Garbage disposal installation. It cost me a bit more as our setup required other supplies. Overall, very pleased. Mike called when he was on his way. He was on time and very professional. It was nice that someone could come out on Sunday. When I called for an appointment, I was surprised at how quickly they could come out. Since I just moved into this house, I now have a plumber to call when I need one.

Description of Work: Tyler from Lifeline came out to inspect my sump pump (I had purchased a coupon.) I had been noticing a sewer gas smell around the sump pump so I took advantage of the Angie's List coupon to have it inspected. Turned out the sump was not vented and sewer gasses were seeping out. Tyler took the time to explain the problem and what would be needed to resolve the issue and made sure that all my questions were answered. I needed to have pvc piping installed from the sump pump to the vent pipe for the house - which happened to be at the other end of the basement. While checking the vent pipe, he noticed that there were several places where the pipe (old galvanized steel) had corroded and would need to be replaced. Tyler wrote up the estimate and we made the appointment for him to return and do the job. He arrived on time for the work to be done, ran into a few issues, solved them, and did a great job on the repairs. He made sure to have me inspect everything before he gave me the bill (which was exactly the same as the estimate, even with some additional work.) The job was done to my satisfaction - I think it was fairly priced and best of all, no more sewer gas smell in my house.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal because I was worried about our sump pump - one of which was in the garage and failed during a heavy Spring rain storm. Having moved to a house with multiple pumps, and multiple problems - (didn't have a sump pump in our former house - and never a drop of water), something needed to be done. The previous owners had cobbled together a confusing system that was breaking down under our ownership. Tyler performed the purchased deal duties, but offered clear solutions to remedy some imminent disasters. His manner was/is extremely professional, and I appreciated the clarity and grasp of the issues at hand. I felt he went above and beyond anything I expected. He replaced pumps, worked on cleaning pits, and designed a much better system for us. Because of cost, we decided to do the overhaul in 2 steps - so one part still needs to be done, and we'll call him back in Spring to attend to it. In the Fall the pumps stopped working after a fierce storm, and Tyler came out to deal with the issue, since it was still under warrantee. The issue turned out to be electrical, and he created a working mechanism for us until we could get an electrician out to do some repairs. Again - everything pleasant, professional, pro-active, and clearly explained. I would and will use him for any and all sump-pump related issues - or indeed any service that he offers.

Description of Work: Replaced the sump pump, removed clogged piping to kitchen sink and streamlined water connection from dish washer to drain. Also cleared blockage in laundry room sink.

Description of Work: Did the work that the package said would be done. But, unknowingly he asked if there was any other plumbing he wanted me to do "as long as I was out here". He checked out some of my sink drains and educated me on some of my plumbing (I've been in the home for a year and there are some new plumbing that I hadn't had any experienced with before). Answered all of my questions and showed me things to keep an eye on, maintenance-wise. I guess I thought the time and labor he did after handling the sump pump work was part of the package. Cost me $19 extra. My bad. I didn't question him when he told me the extra charges. Live and learn.

Description of Work: Our sump pump and back up system had been replaced a number of times with big box store equipment over the 16 years of home ownership. After discussing with the plumber, being shown the shape the system was in after only 4 years we decided to have the total system replaced with a much more reliable products. With the installation, Lifeline Plumbing will return each year to inspect the system, clean out the (disgusting) pit, check our hot water heater, and ejector pump all of which are in a finished lower level. We know and feel confident that the rooms and content will be safe from water damage and the system will be able to handle the amount of water anticipated for our property. We didn't have a regular plumber before, now we do!

Description of Work: Installed 2 new Viper toilets (bowl & tank) with 2 new toilet seats, also replaced 2 toilet "turn off" valves. They removed the old toilets and took them with them for disposal.

Description of Work: Had 40 gallon water heater and 2 expansion tanks installed for my 2 water heaters. Tyler was very professional and here within one hour after I contacted him. He was the first plumber to explain to me why I have had 3 hot water heaters in the past 17 years. So hopefully this heater will last longer since the expansion tank was installed.

Description of Work: I called them because my water heater was leaking and making noices. They came out the same day and replaced my water heater, cleared my drain and fixed a noise in my bathroom shower. They even left a sheet with recommendations but with no pressure to take care of the items. I will definitely use them again! They were great!

Description of Work: Wore booties when they were in the house, very nice considerate. Was very pricey, but did a good, fast job. Would of like to of seen the bill broken down for labor charge and parts charge rather than just a total charge.
