Description of Work: They replaced a sump pump with a new one that also had a battery back-up. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the sump pump placed by the previous plumber, but Lifeline did a good job as far as I can tell.

Description of Work: He checked all faucets and toliets to see if running properly. Put in a new check valve on backup pump,added a lid to my sump pump, new sevice valve on water meter, new washing machine box with burst free hoses and put in a new 40 gallon power vent water heater. Mathew,asked me what I wanted done and I told him my concerns and he checked everything I asked , came up with several options and completed all with patience and and diligence. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely call them again!
