Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling

After the discounted service call and a $50.00 reduced labor incentive, we ended up paying $289.00 to have a $20.00 part installed. I understand that I phoned a professional plumber to have this done, but shame on ME for not trying to install this myself. I stayed away from the upsell to replacing the tank gaskets for an additional $100.00, or even better, a $700.00 toilet replacement. I'm fairly sure that even if the service call was free and the labor discount was $100.00, I would still have paid $289.00.

They've been terrific, which is why I called them every time for everything. They're all very nice. Travis came out the second time and he is just terrific, he knows what he's doing, he's so professional and kind. The questions I asked was just blatantly stupid, but he answered as if the question was intelligent. When he was leaving, he changed the furnace filters. He said that he'll take the garbage out and bring my cans back. I didn't ask him to do anything and he does this. It was free. If you are a member of the Lifeline club, then you get the inspection for free. You also don't pay for the service calls. You get them out real fast. It's like $19.95 a month.

I had to pay for the parts. You also get a discount with the club membership. They show you the price, they don't just tell you something. They show you the book, and each part is listed with the cost and discount, so you'll know exactly. He showed me that the cost of the part was $246, and I got a $49 discount. So it was a $197, and there was another discount, so it was $120. They come out right away. I was thinking it was going to just be an inspection. They show you everything, it's a total contrast from these other clowns. That's like "here's your total bill", with no receipts. They were terrific.

Tried to tell me i needed a new pump, needed many things! He did show me how to shunt backup pump siren!

I would have known if they had everything scheduled the service I purchased.

Both units were inspected and cleaned. Operation was checked and confirmed. The work was professionally performed by a qualified technician. I was very satisfied with the work.

The service technician did a fantastic job. He even took time to explain how to troubleshoot any problems I might encounter. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

The guy was incredible. Great price, great service, incredibly clean, neat efficient. He had just what we needed on the truck and was in and out of their in a matter of moments. You could not ask for a better service call. They don't make them any better. I'm not exaggerating. I will tell you it was awesome. We will take that t any time. I don't really remember the cost, but it was less than we thought it would be, it was way less, way less. Based on that we asked him to do a quick unclog of out bathtub drain as well. The whole thing was marvelously priced and efficiently and quickly done. They were amazing. This guy came from quite a distance and I was impressed that they even service this area. It doesn't get any better. This is probably the best service call.

Great. No issues or problems other than I needed Freon for my air conditioner unit which unfortunately cost more than the check-up charges for both the A/C unit and furnace.

Performed furnace and water heater check. Determined 14 year old water heater should be replaced. Performed work same day.
