Description of Work: The simple inspection became a big deal as they found my ejector pump had died an early death (I'd kind of thought that) so I needed a new one. What complicated things was the rusty "pit" which held the pump. |I wish this all had not been necessary but I do believe Lifeline treated me fairly. And they really cleaned up!

Description of Work: Lifetime Plumbing responded right away to set up an appointment. They then came out and inspected the sump pump, back-up and also the ejector pump. I was concerned as all were 20 years old. The serviceman, Evan, showed me my concern was justified, described a few possibilities for replacement and after answering my questions installed a Heavy Duty Sump Pump, Heavy Duty Ejector System and Heavy Duty Battery Backup. They all have been working great, and very quiet compared to the old ones. I highly recommend Lifeline's excellent service. They arrived promptly, completed the work in a timely manner and were very neat and clean in performing the replacement.
