Description of Work: The Big Deal for the inspection was $49. When the tech got here, he showed me other plumbing issues, which resulted in me requesting the work immediately: new pipes to replace corroded pipes, plus new sump pump plus extra battery backup. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Performed a sump-pump diagnostic and check-up. There was an issue with the old pump, motor was about worn out. Jaryd did a great job explaining what needed to be done and suggesting the best fix for the situation. All the work was perfect and done in a short period of time. Everything was done perfect.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater. Did not have a 30 gallon unit, so they asked me if they could install a 50 gallon unit. They hauled away the old broken unit, but did not clean up the water that had leaked out.

Description of Work: Lifeline fixed a leak in my shower head and also installed new bathroom faucets. Very prompt, left the work space very clean and prices competitive. Will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Jaryd is incredible. This is my second review because he came back 2x. Initially he told me he thought my issue with the drain back-up was due to a full leach field in the septic. So he didnt charge me for that visit. (Impressive, right?) I called a septic service and paid $195 to have the septic drained (normally this would not be a usual approach, but in my case (older home) they have all drains going into septic so if there is a lot of rain in the leach field is full and the septic cannot hold anymore water.. so, a logical conclusion on his part. The septic guy came out, drained the septic. We ran water but nothing was going into septic... meaning there acutally was a clog in the pipe, no septic issue.. So,Jaryd told me if that was the case, he would come back out.. and he did...within 2 hrs of the septic guy leaving. He then routed the drain.. normally a $600 expense when going through the toilet (which he needed to do because the equipment would not fit in the crawlspace. Jaryd said that because he was incorrect in the assessmsnt of the septic, he would deduct that amount from the bill ($200).. Actually he did better than that, he did the job for $316 (including a 20% Angie list discout. He also included some drain cleaner to use daily for a month to clean t he drains. I cant say enough good things about this contractor! I will be moving in 2 yrs and actually regret knowing I am pretty sure I will not have a contractor as ethical and honest as this guy!

Description of Work: Redid the plumbing under kitchen sink. We also bought and had them install a new garbage disposal which doubled the overall cost. Altogether cost was about 1100. Explained everything and was very punctual in arriving, and very professional in getting the work done.

Description of Work: They checked our sump pump (which we have been having issues with). They gave us some quotes for replacing our sump pump and installing a battery backup. They were very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely call them again.

He explaind in detail what needed to be done. |Tim the plumber has replaced sump pump,replaced battery in back up pump , replaced pipes , electric cords and the lid. He has also cleaned the main pump |hole. He was professional and knowledgeable and informative.

Description of Work: Lee arrived timely and telephoned before arriving. He ascertained what needed to be done and even repaired things we had not previously requested He replaced and repaired a pipe in our basement, repaired and replaced a faucet in the bathroom, and replaced the broken faucet on the spigot attached to the house. All work was performed promptly and expertly. Lee was very nice and even engaged our dog and bird.

Description of Work: Evan did a great job explaining what needed to be done. The work took 2 days to put in a water heater and replace all the old pipes. My plumbing has been working well since then. I will contact Lifeline again when I have the minor issues corrected.

Description of Work: Keith came out to take a look at leaking water heaters and provided us with a number of different options to fix the issue. We are still weighing these alternatives, but Keith was upfront and his comments and recommendations were very clear.

Description of Work: Came to the house gave us an estimate to replace kitchen sink and kitchen faucet and to repair Laundry room water shut off valve. Mike gave us the quote and the time and Tim and Tim were there on time on the scheduled day there work was very professional and everyone was considerate and even though some items came up wile the work was being done the quote remained the same and Tim and Tim were patient and worked with us. It was really a pleasure to work with these guys.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for a Gerber toilet. I did some research on the toilet and it seemed to be a good product. The plumber they sent out was very nice, but immediately tried to up-sell me on a more expensive Gerber toilet. I said I just wanted what I had bought, but was informed it was basically the same as the 1995 toilet I was replacing (in terms of it's functionality, and size of pipe-thingy, and how often it's going to clog) and that the "Deal" toilet was a standard height, and the toilet we were replacing was a "comfort" height. So I ended up spending another $200 for the "better" toilet. BUT, the bigger problem came during installation. He took out the old toilet, and when installing the new one (yes, he had the upgraded one on his truck, ready to go) found out it was broken. He would have to come out again and bring a new toilet. However, the water inlet was leaking, so he wasn't able to completely turn the water off in the bathroom. He wanted to charge me an extra $60 to fix that part, even though it wouldn't have been an issue if the toilet had been installed. I didn't feel like I should have to pay for a replacement part that I wouldn't need if the replacement toilet had been in working order. I told him to call the office, he did, and they REFUSED to install the new part for free, and the plumber LEFT MY HOUSE WITH AN ACTIVE LEAK IN MY BATHROOM, dripping into a bucket, with the promise "it probably won't overflow during the night." Looking back, I should have insisted he reinstall my old toilet, as leaving unchecked flowing water on the 2nd floor was stupid. The plumber was nice, the office wouldn't let him do it. The toilet ended up getting installed properly, having never fixed that part, and it works fine.

Description of Work: Called for a plugged utility sink in the basement, ended up having the sewer lines flushed/root removal, which did not solve the problem. But the technician stayed until it was finished, and did not charge me anything more than the root removal/sewer line flush.

Description of Work: A copper pipe sprung a leak in my basement but the water spray landed on the foundation wall so I was clueless as to where the water was coming from til the plumber arrived and solved the problem in under a hour explaining to me the entire time what was going on. Nice guy, great job! Very satisfied.
