Description of Work: Comprehensive plumbing inspection and water heater drain. This is the second time I have used Lifeline and they have been very professional each time.

Description of Work: They came and gave an estimate of work to be done with several options which was appreciated - no actual work done, just a service call fee. In the end I did not use them as they were cost prohibitive for options presented. Very knowledgeable and professional though. Will likely go with a closer plummer in the future.

Description of Work: Water was leaking Into the basement from one of the toilets. They replaced two old toilets in my bathrooms with new water efficient toilets and sealed the floor were the wood had rotted away. This was done on Saturday and Sunday. | |They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: They were very professional. The work performed was sewer rodding and it was a special deal which I believe only cost me $99. When you get plumbing work for that kind of money there is no complaining. Depending on price, (it's different when it's a special deal) I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Lifeline performed maintenance on the main sewer line running from our house out to the street. They were here right on time and completed the job promptly and neatly.

Description of Work: Installed new outdoor hose spigots/hosebib and replumbed kitchen sink. Eric the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. We will be using Lifeline at out new home too !

Description of Work: They came to check out Primary Sump pump and battery backup. It was a good package overall which is what I was looking for to get basic check done every year. They suggested some improvements and options associated with it. Informative at the same time. Looks like they were not aware that the payment was already made at the time of purchasing the deal. But we cleared that up soon.

Description of Work: Mike came out the 2nd time to do a water heater flush. He was very nice and friendly, very thorough. We were happy with his service; however, we will no longer use them again because we moved.

Description of Work: I ordered the Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection and Water-Heater Flush service from Lifeline Plumbing. The plumber who came out was very punctual, professional, and detailed. I was very satisfied with the services rendered, learned a great deal during the inspection, and will gladly use them for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We had an issue with the pipes and possible freezing due to weather. They came up with a possible solution to the problem and did not charge us for the visit. We would use again for other plumbing issues.

Description of Work: Sink in master bath clogged. Mike the plumber gave me six options and explained each one. I selected the option and price. He was efficient and neat with the bathroom and sink spotless.
