All three of the guys I dealt with from Lifeline were excellent. Brent came out late on a Sunday night and diagnosed the problem within minutes, then the next morning, Juan and Nick came out, replaced the sagging pipe and redid the pipes under the sink to bring them up to code. They were prompt, professional, explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and even helped me clean up and put everything away when they were done. I can't recommend these highly guys enough! They are definitely my go-to plumbers moving forward.

Both drained well following the routing though after 2 months the sink is backing up again but I don't think that's due to a bad job by Lifeline. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Very late Tuesday evening, I found Lifeline on Angie's List with great reviews so I purchased a Service Call. First thing Wednesday morning, I reached out to Lifeline and they answered right away, I described my issue, verified my Angie's List purchase and sent someone out to come to my house. I asked them to come by around 1pm. They gave me a window between 1pm and 4pm. Tim Jr. called me right before 1pm informing me that he was on his way. Made it to my house by 1:15pm. Showed him the water coming out of the ground and showed him the Main Sewage pipe that I thought needed the attention. He checked everything out and informed me of what he thinks is happening, sewage pipes were misaligned. I was afraid that was the issue as I did some internet searches on my own on possible scenarios. So Tim Jr gave me some options as well as some financing options. The prices were very fair and were in line with what Blue Book prices were showing me. I gave him the thumbs up to go ahead and dig in front of the house to fix the pipes. So that's what Tim Jr and Brandon did the following day. They were able to access the pipe, find the issue (the pipes were separated), and make a temporary solution so me and my family can shower, use the washroom, wash the dishes, etc. The next morning, Tim and Brandon showed up, they had to cut through the foundation wall to replace the pipe, sealed everything back up, cleaned up the concrete mess in the basement, put the dirt back in the hole they dug up, passed the Village Inspection and explained to me everything that was done. Tim and Brandon were very nice and professional. I was a pretty nervous wreck the night before. After meeting with Tim, my nerves were calmed down because I felt that these guys knew what they were doing. Thank you Brandon and Tim for your hard and "dirty" work that needed to be done! Brent and Anthony did a phenomenal job.

Brian arrived right on time and was pleasant and professional. He readied my furnace for the upcoming winter season and did a first time check on my 10 year old water heater. My furnace was deemed fine but my water heater was beginning to rust.

Excellent. The parts used were of a higher quality than I previously had and the price was reasonable. Also, the service technician was a master mechanic and very professional.

Brent and his partner were amazing! They arrived during the timeframe and provided excellent service.

This first experience with Lifeline occurred as a result of an Angie's List coupon. Joe D'Amato from Lifeline came out, surveyed the problem and said that it was a big job and would take him most of a day to repair. I was skeptical, fearing that I was being taken advantage of, but it needed fixing and he was here so I gave the go ahead. As it turned out it was not just a plumbing job but required Joe to engineer a solution involving building an "undercarriage" out of lumber that he cleverly crafted so as not to infringe on cabinet space below while providing supersolid support that will probably hold sink in place forevermore. Joe worked on the job for nearly 8 hours but it turned out perfectly--problem completely solved. Joe was courteous and informative throughout the project and, consequently, I will likely use Lifeline again.

The service was great! Very punctual. Very efficient. Lenny was very professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would plan on using them again for our plumbing needs in the future.

Workers were prompt and courteous. Needed some additional parts that were inoperable. Work completed to my satisfaction.

Chris was outstanding to work with. Explained in detail what was accomplished and findings. Will request him personally for any future related work.

Sam was extremely professional and honest about the condition of my sump pump. He walked me through a number of choices at different price points. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive option. The workmanship was excellent and Sam thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. I did spend more than I planned on, but I feel like I got a fair deal. I would recommend this company.

They showed up, diagnosed the issue, put together a solution, gave me an estimate, and completed the work all within 48 hours. The team was extremely professional, provided mmediate attention and in-depth description of everything that needed to be done. They even brought treats for my dog. Overall, absolutely excellent service.

Technician was very polite and explained everything clearly and concisely. Prices quoted for additional work were astronomical and not based in reality. I can order the parts and professional installation from amazon at 1/3 the price.

Tim Sr and Tim Jr came for the initial investigation and estimate. They wore booties and acted friendly and professionally. The estimate included fixing the pipe from the sump pump, but because all the pipes were hidden in the walls for the 2nd leak, the estimate included the investigation to find the 2nd leak (not to actually fix the 2nd leak). After they discovered the issue with the 2nd leak, they were going to provide me with a 2nd estimate to fix it. My appointment for the 1st estimate was late in the day, so we agreed that they would return the following day to do the actual work. Tim Jr returned to do the actual work. He found the problem with the 2nd leak and provided the additional estimate to fix that issue. I was pleased that it was not a lot more on top of the original estimate. I appreciated that he kept me informed throughout his investigation and throughout fixing the problems. Tim Sr and Brandon joined him towards the end of the job to help when a 2nd set up hands were needed and to clean up. They all were friendly and seems to be quite competent. The job cost me $700, which included a 10% Angie's List discount and a waiving of the service fee because Lifeline requested to postpone my appointment due to lots of unexpected appointments due to rains and floods we had in the area. This is my first time to use a plumber, so I really do not know if that is a reasonable rate or not, but since I expected that it might cost more, I was satisfied with the cost.
