Description of Work: They were professional, but it seemed as if they didn't communicate with each other. One person would quote something and another would come in and do something different. As with most places they do try to upsell products but they stand behind their work and if they make a mistake (which they did) they owned up to it and fixed it at no cost to me. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Lifeline Plumbing Heating and Cooling provided a furnace cleaning and inspection. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional. I have an older furnace but overall it is in great condition. The technician did not pressure me to perform any additional services or upgrades, nor was he aggressive in recommending a replacement furnace. Eventually I realize that it will be a necessary improvement but was glad to not have to deal with the 'hard sell' at that time. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and did provide some suggestions that will be helpful when the time does come to replace the furnace. I would certainly consider using this company in the future.

Description of Work: Before the water tank flush, they had to open up the floor drain pipe by rodding because it was clogged.They did the complementary whole-house inspection and told us about two other possible problems. The cost was $49 for water tank flush that I initially purchased and $250 for the additional service of rodding the pipe. They acted very professionally.

Description of Work: My mother is 103 years old and last year there was a problem with her furnace. This year he came out and did an annual checkup and was able to keep it going for her so she didn't have to replace it.

Description of Work: Furnace tune up. Package deal with spring A/C tune up. Want to maintain in my newly purchased condo, as well as find any nasty little surprises. He went over my system with my (great shape) and fixed a problem with the attached home humidifier at no extra charge. Also advised me on a water heater issue. Overall pleased, will be sure to call them back to complete my package deal, and probably an ongoing service agreement if the price is right.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a non functioning hot water heater. Determined that although it was under warranty that parts were not available that day. Desperate to get hot water I instead had then install a new hot water heater which they happened to have on their truck. |It wasn't cheap but I had hot water within 7 hours of their arrival.
