Description of Work: "Tune up" of furnace and water heater. Tech "Joe" was pleasant, knowledgeable, and actually more thorough than I expected. We discussed features of the equipment as he worked and I learned some things I didn't know before. Of course, a maintenance contract was offered. It was a reasonable one, and I am giving it consideration.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned furnace and inspected newly installed water heater to assure that the installation had been properly performed. Also as an additional item to the original purpose of service call, cleaned, replaced filter, and made sure all connections to furnace mounted humidifier were functioning. I was pleased with the service that I received.

Description of Work: $79 special - scoped sewer line. Also diagnosed and repaired water pressure inconsistencies in the house. Diagnosed but did not repair cross flow problem involving kitchen sink. | |Knowledgeable and professional. Won't be as cheap as your local 'guy' but a call to lifeline will mean the job gets done right.

Description of Work: I paid $55 for a plumbing inspection and water heater flush. The inspection consisted of going around my house to look for any plumbing issues that may require maintenance/replacement. He came back with a hefty list of things that required attention. | |My main goal was to get my water heater flushed as I had never had it done before in the 5 years that we lived here. The technician advised against it due to the age of the water heater (but mainly because they wanted to sell me a new one). The way he explained it, it seemed that since we hadn't done a flush in over 5 years, it could cause the heater to leak/break. | |I wound up doing it myself a month later after watching a few YouTube videos. No leak or damage occurred. |Overall, it felt like I paid for them to come out and give me a list of stuff for them to work on and make even more money off of me, while my main goal was not achieved.

Description of Work: Lifeline came out on very short notice right before Xmas, replaced our Sump Pump & provided a Battery Back-Up System. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure sale tactics and I felt that I was treated with honesty and respect from start to finish. They went above and beyond helping me to get the product I needed at a price I was comfortable with. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs Plumbing service. I have since used them to Inspect/Clean our furnace as well. Again A+++ service. I am very grateful to all they did for me and will definitely continue to recommend and use them for future needs.

Description of Work: Installed a whole house humidifier. The deal was for a small one that wasn't mentioned. We needed a bigger model and they were fair and reasonable about the up charge.

Description of Work: It basically went fine except that I did have to point out a couple screws in the furnace that he was forgetting to put back in. I do not know how critical those screws were.
