Description of Work: The inspection and cleaning seemed to be OK. However, the tech dropped the camera cable couple times and scratched my newly finish hardwood floors. |He showed me there were vertical cracks on the heat exchange and told me it's not safe. That didn't seem to be the case because my alarm didn't go off.

Description of Work: Vendor did not show up at scheduled time. I received a call from the technician who was at least an hour away-an hour after the approximate time my appointment was scheduled. He indicated there was a "discrepancy in their system. I heard this statement at least three times in my communication with LIFELINE. | | |They appeared to have"discrepancies" in the system each time I spoke with a representative. I was disappointed because they received so many positive reviews. They did not service my furnace because I cancelled the appointment after waiting for someone to show up and receiving the discrepancy call. It took some time to schedule the appointment because they did not respond in a timely fashion.
