Description of Work: THEY CHECKED MY AC ELECTRICAL AND FREON PRESSURES.THE TECH ADDED AFEW OUNCES OF FREON.THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND INFORMATIVE.I WOULD |CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: I paid $99 for two hours of labor and never heard back from Lifeline Plumbing to confirm an appointment after giving them three available dates. I contacted Angie's List customer service to advise them and it is still not resolved.

Description of Work: What I purchased through Angie's List was an inspection of my sump pump, which included 20% off any work that was done. I tried to schedule my appointment through the Angie's website but I got a message saying to call for an appointment. I called the vendor directly, mentioned the Angie's deal I had purchased, and scheduled the appointment. My wife was home for the appointment, I was not. We were told we needed a new sump pump, which I believe was correct, and the repair person noted that our sump discharge spout was disconnected on the outside of our house. When I got home later and saw the paperwork, I saw that there had been no discount for the Angie's deal. Essentially I just paid directly for the work and the Angie's deal brought no benefit whatsoever. Also, the "repair" of the discharge spout was just application of adhesive and re-insertion of the broken pipe. I could have done that myself for $10 and 5 minutes of time, but I was charged over $140. Again, with no 20% discount. I felt cheated.

Description of Work: replaced kitchen faucet with new faucet. I supplied new faucet. On time, done quickly, and left with area cleaned up and ready to go.

Description of Work: I did not like the idea of being sold a service contract based upon a review of my condo's plumbing. That's not what I signed up for and it feels like a bait and switch.
