Description of Work: I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and could not figure out the solution. Tim came out to my place on time and was able to fix the problem quickly and effectively. A month later I had Chris at my house checking out my water heater and furnace. He also took a look at my fireplace.

+ -1 moreOur chief complaint with this transaction is that we purchased an Angie's List coupon for this provider prior to receiving work done. Because we had already purchased a coupon, we felt locked into the price which we were quoted which was $100 more than other licensed plumbers in the area even after the Angie's List coupon was applied. I called Lifeline to politely confirm the price was accurate which they confirmed for us. It's really unfortunate that a $30 part and 10 minutes of labor, after a $50 coupon discount, was $200. We will not be recommending or using Lifeline for any future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Fill valve replacement. Work was complete in around 10 minutes. Technician arrived on time and completed work professionally and quickly.

He was fast and very professional and couldn't be happier with the work that was performed. Will definitely be looking at Lifeline for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: It is a bad deal by Angie. You pay $39 for a service call. This service call is basically a quote. The prices were outrageous. $300 for changing kitchen faucet, $260 to change drain stopper. Waste of everyone's time.

They sent someone out within an hour even though it was a holiday and repaired everything withing a few hours. Lenny was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Lifeline in the future .

+ -1 moreI received a list of all the things that are wrong with my sump pump set-up based on a visual inspection. No maintenance was provided. The Big Deal description specifies " battery back-up maintenance" (which I assumed might be as simple as checking the water level in the battery and adding water, but that was not done). The Big Deal description also says "Your sump pump and it's back-up system need yearly maintenance in order to be ready when needed." I had wanted recommended yearly maintenance, based on the written description, and not the visual inspection I received. The plumber may be a fine, reputable plumber, but he said he does not perform the maintenance, which my husband does not want to do and which is the reason I bought the deal. There seems to be a disconnect between the Big Deal description and the plumber's view that he is there to provide a visual inspection only.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a sump pump inspection and battery back-up maintenance.

+ -1 moreI was able to set up an appointment the day after I called.The technician, Tim, called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the time window promised. He listened to my concerns and looked at my sump pump, my piping and ran water throughout the house. He made several constructive suggestions, but assured me that everything was working and there were no imminent problems. He also gave me details about their Lifeclub which is a program to have the furnace, a\c and plumbing checked once a year. Tim appreciated my circumstances and made me feel like my concerns were understandable and valid. His visit gave me peace of mind and the cost was covered by the Angie's List deal. I am planning on joining their Lifeclub and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing, heating and a\c needs.
Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal for a service check. I am having guests stay over the holiday and wanted to be sure I wouldn't run into any issues with the plumbing.

Normally, I don't like to take such chances, but after reading numerous positive reviews about Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling, coupled with the incredibly low price for their work, I decided to give them a try. Well, I couldn't have been more satisfied. Phillip, the technician that came out to my home that day, was not only on time--a big plus in my book--but had a way about him that put me at ease right from the first minute I met him. Phillip was very open to answering any questions I had and walking me through each step that he took. This is someone that certainly seems to know his stuff, and I think most people would feel comfortable with him working on them home. Two thumbs up from me.

Description of Work: I had an appointment on 11/10/2017 @ 8-9 AM (First appointment for the day for this technician) from 'Lifeline Plumbing Heating & Cooling ' but I am still waiting for the technician to come at 10.30 AM. I called this company around 5-8 time since the morning as I had few appointments after 10 AM on a working day. Not at all good response from the company as still they cannot tell by when this technician will arrive for service. Yes I opted this company for the cheap $ service which came on Angie's List but I had to give up my complete salary for today for waiting for this technician. :( Very BAD company to choose for working people as they does not have value for other time. 1. At around 9 the response from the company was the technician's truck break down 2. At 10 the same company responded the technician wanted to attend another emergency case that is the reason he is late .... but no communication to me at all these cases ,.... it is just excuses
