Description of Work: The AC was to checked. He said I needed a humidifier water panel (which I think is on the furnace) for $84.00. Then a compressor/fan start assister system for $206.00 He recommended a surge protector for $271.00 and a GPS, flue shot for home for $814.00. So I am thinking of getting a second opinion as it was new in May 2009.

Description of Work: We had a leaking toilet that had to be fixed. It ended up being a broken flange. Although the work was done well and we had no problems with the technician that performed the repair, we were charged $755 for this repair, and that amount included a 10% discount. The original charge was $834. We felt that was exorbitant. We voiced our concern to the company over a week ago and thus far have received no response of any kind. Repair was very good, but price was excessive and customer service was poor. We did not intend to publicize our experience with this company, but given their lack of response when we contacted them, we felt it was appropriate.

Description of Work: What they did was flush my water heater, and replace washer and dryer hoses. Sam came right on time, this is the third time i have had Lifeline come out to do work for me. They are very professional and carefully explain everything they do. I had my 1 year old water heater flushed, Lifeline were the ones that installed it it was an Angie's List Special. Then Sam noticed how old my washer hoses were, they were about twenty years old, fortunately i didn't have any leaks and Sam recommended no-burst hoses. I was glad he noticed and suggested this. I will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to everybody!
