Description of Work: We called them for a routine sump pump inspection but what we got was a lot more! Sam was sent out and was an excellent resource for us as newer home owners. He brought attention to several things in the home we needed to keep in our minds moving forward for optimal "plumbing health". We will definitely be using Sam and Lifeline again in the future. Also, they came out in a very timely manner which is always a plus!

Description of Work: I purchased the Lifeline deal through Angie's List to evaluate my sump pump and back-up sump pump systems. They were both in good working order. The technician asked if I had ever done maintenance on my hot water heater. I had not had it cleaned in the past. The technician gave me a price and did the cleaning while he was already here. (229 for the water heater, 49 for the sump pump inspection).

These gentlemen personified customer service and true professionalism all the way from the truck they came into, to doing the job that I wanted done. They provided several options to repair problems complete with costs. YES I would call and use them again. Big HGH 5 to Lifeline, Brent and Anthony!
