I feel ripped off....
Description of Work: I paid $50 for a service call to inspect my back up sump pump. Everything was working fine, but the battery needed to be swapped out. My husband had a stroke last year and couldn't help me with carrying or installing something that heavy. Lifeline came out and did the work in about 15 min. but they charged me another $400 for the battery and installation! I felt trapped because I can't do the work myself but calling someone else after I'd already invested in the service call would be expensive.
