I contacted Lifeline Plumbing to take advantage of the Angie's List deal for a water heater inspection and service. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Tyler, who is the owner, and he asked me several questions about the performance of the heaters (2), and if I had specific concerns about them. I stated that one was very noisy,crackling and popping as it heated. He asked how old it was and if it had ever been serviced. I told him that I thought it was about 10 years old and I had to admit that nothing had ever been done on it. Tyler advised me that due to its age and lack of maintenance the service that we requested might not cure the problem. He explained that there may be so much sediment build-up that they might not be able to flush it all out but that they would give it a thorough inspection and advise me. At this point in our conversation I felt very comfortable talking to him about some other small plumbing issues I was having and he advised me that when they were on-site they would be happy to give me an estimate with a 20% Angie's List discount. Mike showed up on time and did a complete walk through to survey everything we were considering having done. He got to work on the first heater and right away found out that the floor drain in that room was plugged up. We gave him the OK to power rod it to clear it out. He proceeded with the service on the water heater and advised us that there was an extreme amount of sediment built up and that he was unable to flush it all out. He said that this did not indicate an immediate problem but could be further down the road. He also advised us that our "10 year old" water heater was actually made in 1994 and said that it really was past its life expectancy. Given this information and the fact that we would receive 20% off all additional services we decided to have it replaced along with the gas valve going to it. Mike had the replacement heater and valve on his truck so he was able to quickly install it. He then went on to service the second water heater which was much newer, without any problem other than to tighten a gas fitting which he discovered was slightly leaking. By this time we felt very comfortable with Mike and his professionalism so we had him disconnect an unused water softener, install a valve for a humidifier, and replace the cartridge in our shower water valve. He again had all the necessary parts on his truck. While Mike was completing these tasks I went over to my sister in laws house to help her investigate a water spot on the ceiling of her family room. What had been a fairly small spot in the morning had grown considerably during the day and the drywall was completely saturated and sagging. I cut out the saturated section of the ceiling and noted a steady drip from the bathtub above but I could not determine its origin. I quickly phoned home and found out that Mike had just completed the services at my house and he was still in the driveway. I explained the situation to him and even though it was after 5pm he readily agreed to come and take a look for no additional charge. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose a pin hole in the pipe going to the bathtub water valve. The repair was going to require cutting a hole in the drywall opposite the leak. He cut the hole exactly where the leak was and only large enough for him to perform the repair. He noted that while not a problem yet, the fact that the pipe going from the valve to the shower head was not secured and eventually could cause a leak. He offered to brace it for no additional charge but it would require another cut in the drywall. He again cut only a hole large enough for him to perform the repair. It was now time to turn the water back on and check for leaks. Unfortunately the 40 year old gate valve that closed so smoothly would not open. Mike again had the necessary replacement valve and quickly installed it. No leaks. Mike performed these repairs after 5pm for a very fair price. As he had done at my house he acted with cheerfulness and professionalism. I could not be more satisfied with his work and I would be very happy to refer anyone to Lifeline Plumbing.

It was very good. I called them the same day that I looked at them and they came out that evening. There was no wait at all for them. They were excellent. I couldn't ask for better. He was on time, prompt, and he cleaned up after himself. He was a nice fellow.

Everything was great. He was running late, but he called and told me. The water heater was cleaned and checked, and he showed me exactly what the problems were and provided an estimate. I authorized two of the three recommendations,a nd they were done at the time. I received a 20% discount on the remaining work.

I called Lifeline based on Angie's List review. I spoke with a technician and got a ballpark estimate for installing a battery backup system for my sump pump. I the arranged for an on-site estimate. The technician (Tyler) arrived on time, discussed options and prices. We decided to go ahead and Tyler was able to install the system in a matter of hours. He provided a clear explanation of the system's operation and its pros and cons. Although we might have been able to install the system on a DIY basis at less cost, I wasn't sufficiently confident that I could do so. I think the cost was competitive with other plumbing companies that I contacted. I was particularly pleased that Lifeline used a Zoeller components, and a building professional had recommended Zoeller to me independent of this service.

The experience went very well. We used them in an emergency. The technicians came out at 2am, were fast, efficient, and very helpful. They even recommended the restoration team, who were able to come out the next morning. We were happy with Lifeline Plumbing’s services.

The work turned out very well. The technicians were prompt and explained what they were going to do. I thought they were a little pricey, and the cost was more than I expected for the job that was done. They also returned phone calls. In general, it was a very good experience.

After I received three estimates I chose Lifeline plumbing for a complete remodel of my bathroom.The plumbers showed up on time the first day and each day after .once they start working they stick to the task and got allot done in a clean and efficient manner . there seamed to be no guess work they knew exactly what to do . They even helped me with color choice .I am so pleased with the look and the neat job they have done.my bath is splendid. Thanks again Lifeline Plumbing
